Michele was very knowledgable about booking our trip. When we arrived everything met at least our expectations! We got more than what we even thought Michele had booked for us. The price was VERY reasonable. The resort was stellar! We are planning to go back because everything was so amazing. Also, she sent us goodie bags with a folder of documents with instructions as well as our itenerary. Everything went so smoothly. Unfortunately, we had an emergency and had to come home early. I emailed Michele, and she continued to assist us in every way possible even after we got home! She is an astounding travel agent. I'd recommend her to ANYONE!!
