Rosemarie helped design and book my 3-island, 18 day birthday trip to Hawaii, and she was so great to work with - quick responses to all of my (many!) questions via email, a pleasure to talk to on the phone, and had lots of helpful suggestions. Rose was awesome! There were 8 of us in our group and every tour we went on was just for the 8 of us. Rose arranged the van pickups, the drivers, the tickets and the air travel and hotel stays. There was a snafu with the room requirements at Majestic Elegance, which seemed to be the resort's mistake. A few in our group had asked for separate beds. When we arrived, each room had one king bed and a twin-size roll away bed, which was not ideal--no one was excited about sleeping in the twin roll away on their vacation. However, after we asked, they changed two of the three rooms to separate beds and they did it quickly.

One suggestion: I found the initial emails and with many details challenging to sift through and organize to share with others in our party. Might explore another format to compare and share initial ideas.

Rose was great! She had a lot of ideas, and made some very sound recommendations for our trip. The first half of our trip was not booked through Rose (we had done it on our own), and I found that once we were plugged into the Travel Leaders booked portion of the trip, things were far less stressful. The transfers scheduled for us were WELL worth it. We did not have to spend any of our precious travel time trying to figure out where to go when we arrived and departed from locations. We also did a private 3.5 hour tour in Paris at Rose's recommendation, and it was one of the highlights of the trip. We were able to see different neighborhoods and landmarks that would have been missed had we not booked that tour. This was a quick trip, and using Travel Leaders helped it to not feel that way! We took full advantage of our time there, and really felt we saw both cities we visited!

I only wish there were different options for my flight. I would have preferred flying directly to Miami and then Havana as other friends from Boston have done. The time of day of the flights is probably the reason why the Miami flights were not an option.

Charlotte over charged me for a Visa which the Funjet tour group paid for and now I won't get refund, because I still am unable to find a receipt. My trip home was 12 hours long because American kept delaying the connecting flight. Sometimes these things are unavoidable because Boston does not have direct flights to Cuba.

The trip itself was terrific and I hope to return some day.

Our experience with Rose was exceptional. Rose was very attentive to what we were looking for and what our style was when it comes to traveling. She offered multiple packages at different prices to fit our range which was helpful to see. Rose has expert knowledge of traveling to Hawaii and what to do/ where to stay. We stayed the majority of the trip in Maui and Kauai at the Hyatt hotels and couldn't have been happier with the hotel choice. They are truly beautiful hotels and first class when it comes to their service. You will be beyond pleased with the resort environment of these two hotels, especially their pools, beaches, location, golf courses, dining options, and hotel services. Planning a honeymoon or long trip (2 weeks) can be stressful with everything that goes into it. Rose planned everything for us from flights, hotels, excursions, transportation to and from the hotel/airport, rental cars, etc. We truly didn't have to lift a finger and that was the best part.

This is our third time booking a trip with Rose! She takes the stress out of any trip planning process. When choosing a destination for our honeymoon Rose helped us feel confident in our plans. In the days leading up to the trip when there was some uncertainty about travel to the state of Hawaii, she offered to check in with clients who had just returned from Hawaii to help allay any fears. She ensured that every logistical detail was covered from accommodations and car rental to excursion recommendations. A big highlight of the trip was a snorkeling excursion to Hanalei Bay in Maui that was a recommendation of Rose. We were fortunate to have a smaller group for this and our guides were able to give us some extra attention, which was great as first-time snorkelers. Doing your own research can be overwhelming but Rose helps narrow it down to make decisions easier. Rose recommends things she’s experienced in her own travel, so you can trust if Rose is recommending it, then it’s the best!

Rose is amazing! Our honeymoon plans were ambitious and challenges were compounded by the pandemic, but Rose was there every step of the way and worked tirelessly to make sure all of our plans remained intact and travel was smooth. Leading up to our trip our flights were cancelled by the airline multiple times (one airline even folded!), but Rose stayed in communication with us and was able to protect us on the cancelled flights, and rebook us on very convenient and comfortable flights. I don't know what we would have done without her! On top of that, our hotel accommodations were spectacular, and the tours and activities she booked were excellent. We had Rose help us book our first cruise with Viking. In the past we booked cruises ourself, and we are pretty experienced travelers. Because this was our first experience with Viking, we decided to try a travel agent, and found Rose via our local towns facebook group. Rose is very experienced, got us a great deal on the cruise, and was helpful with our pre/post cruise planning as well. Although Viking is a premium cruise company, we felt their pre-cruise communication was less than we wanted, but Rose was there to help us fill in any gaps. The level of service we received from the moment we arrived was top notch. Every transfer, excursion and hotel exceeded our expectations. The trip was flawless, and was the first time we traveled on our own to Europe without a tour group. The tiny Island of Ischia was one of my favorite places, it was so beautiful and without the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Our trip to Sorrento was excellent, the hotel had an incredible sea view, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a true relaxing getaway and this trip delivered on all counts.

Traveling with my siblings and their partners was great experience. Rose and her team met our every expectation of what we wanted to do and see. From the places we stayed, the things we did and the activities we participated, we had a great time. In ten days we traveled the Emerald Isle, stayed in first class accommodation, including a castle, saw the countryside, churches and monasteries and had the opportunity to enjoy the country and its people. Along with the countryside and ocean views, One of our favorite days was the falconry experience, don’t miss it.

We had a fantastic time! Everything went well. Oktoberfest with our friends was a ton of fun. We were impressed with the festival and the city of Munich. The RiverBoat cruise was beautiful. My husband and I sought out a travel agent that could help us plan a "mini-moon" and a separate, larger honeymoon soon after we had a terrible experience in at a resort in Punta Cana (to clarify, she did NOT book that trip - that was a botched, DIY trip).
