We recently booked a cruise with Tasha Griffin for the Bahamas and had to use Spirit Airlines because that was all that was available. They were horrendous! Thankfully we had Tasha there to help us every step of the way! That girl went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us reach our destination. We didn’t reach our hotel until midnight and Tasha was up with us rescheduling Ubers to get us to our hotel after our plane was rerouted for weather and then our pilots timed out. Her soothing voice kept me calm when I thought I was going to lose it! Then on our way back from the cruise the world wide glitch occurred causing chaos everywhere! Our first plane canceled after we were on the tarmac waiting to take off. Then they gave us new tickets to have a layover in Ft. Lauderdale, but when we got there our next leg was canceled. We went to the ticket office and they wouldn’t help us. All they would do is partially refund us and left us stranded. Tasha was on the ball finding us a place to stay for two nights! She tried to book flights for us but they would cancel or fill up before we could get the tickets. It was total chaos! Without Tasha I wouldn’t have made it! She was up all night with us looking for a way to get us home. She finally found a car for us in Orlando!! She booked Ubers and the Brightline train to get us back to Orlando! We finally made it to Huntsville. Y’all, Tasha was with us every step of the way. She never hesitated to find a way. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have booked through her!! She was truly our lifesaver…our angel! I couldn’t have managed all of what she did for us! The small amount of money to book with her is the best money I’ve ever spent! If you are planning a trip you’ve got to book through her! No one could have anticipated the world wide chaos that ensued. She got us home and I’m forever grateful for that angel!??
