From the minute, I reached out everything was so smooth. My mother and I originally did not know exactly where we wanted to go so we had asked for pricing and information on multiple places. Kirsten was able to get me information on so many different places that we could go. She talked me through all of the different options, depending on where we wanted to go as well as any extra perks that we got with certain places I had never used to travel agent before, but I will definitely be using one from here on out.

Last summer Kiersten helped our family book a trip to reunite with my husband who was deployed for the year. It wasn’t an easy trip to plan with 3 different countries in Europe we had planned to visit and a family of 5 (why is everything built for a family of 4?!) but she was able to help me find great lodging, and got us the best possible deal on our flights. At one point, I think I found a hotel for cheaper than she was able to get it (military deal) and she told me straight up that I had the better deal and suggested I use the direct booking. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible and affordable trip.
