Brandi made sure our I's were dotted and T's crossed. She constantly stayed in contact with us prior to our trip to Punta Cana DR. She gave us so many details about the resort that you felt like you have been there before prior to our arrival. She coordinated our shuttle to and from the resort. Everything went so smoothly. All we had to do is pack our bags and enjoy a wonderful vacation. She even let us know prior to our trip that the resort allowed floats in the pool, which we took full advantage of. The zip line excursion was the best. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the DR and discussed the rich history of the DR. We also visited a local liquor dispensary where the drinks were amazing. We followed up the next day with a boat party on a catamaran boat. The drinks were included as well as the snorkeling equipment. Brandi went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience possible. Definitely book your travel with Brandi if you're serious about your vacation experience. You will not be disappointed.
