She answered all our questions with consideration and professionalism. If she didn’t know the answer then she found out quickly. She prepared all our travel documents. It was amazing having the documents and agenda right at our fingertips throughout the entire trip. She even check on us while during our travels.

Dawn Celiberti was so helpful in planning our once in a lifetime Hawaii Honeymoon. We were visiting 4 islands over 3 1/2 weeks. She booked our flights, travel insurance, resorts and rental vehicles for the 4 islands. She also helped us with booking the many excursions we took on each island. Dawn was very helpful and efficient with the planning of our trip. Our goal was ambitious and she made it happen. We would have never been able to book everything we wanted to do and make it happen without fail. We had changes that she handled without reservation and executed flawlessly.

We wanted a vacation to celebrate a family achievement, but didn't know exactly what we wanted. We gave Dawn a general idea, budget, and timeline and she did the rest! She came back with 3 options and walked us through each and helped us finally land on a week in Jamaica. All we had to do was pay for it and show up on time at the airport :) Dawn did everything else.

Dawn did all of the paperwork (except what we had to sign), made sure we had the best available seats in the plane, made sure we were checked in to our flight on time, and gave us a heads up on any changes so we didn't have any last minute surprises.

Once at the resort, she touched base to make sure everything was going well and that we were being taken care of. Her service does not stop once the vacation is purchased.
