Nick listened to _all_ our concerns right down to the cleanliness and smell of the hotel properties. With Nick's deep experience in the Universal Orlando area he was able to make informed recommendations, and confirm our expectations would match our bookings. Furthermore, we have dietary needs and Nick was able to provide extensive fun options for us to explore. Nick's guidance took out the worry from bookings, and eliminated the research I would have had to do. Plus, it wouldn't have had the deep expertise Nick has in the Universal Orlando area. Given Nick's experience and genuine joy of Universal Orlando area, in addition to the core trip bookings, he made recommendation on areas I would have missed such footwear, entry/exit strategies, and ride timings helping make our trip more enjoyable.

Nick is so easy to work with and provides a wealth of Universal experience and expertise to his clients. It is obviously that he is an advocate for his clients and makes sure that the trips he plans are set up to fit each family's/group's needs and goals. Nick got us set up in a perfect hotel (Sapphire) and made the entire process completely stress-free and painless. He handles it all. He does an awesome job communicating the week before the trip and provides "tips and tricks" and guidebooks for each park. And he continually followed up with us while we were at the Park.
