She helped me plan the bday trip for my mom and she was very hands on and there every step of the way! Hamineta made my birthday trip to Costa Rica a memorable trip. This is my 2nd year using her and both years she has been a pleasure to work with. The planning process from beginning to end was smooth. I told her the vibes I was going for and she sent me various options that she felt would be a perfect match. She was available for questions I had and would always reply to my emails or text promptly. Prior to the trip she provided me with all the documents I would need as well as included recommended restaurants in the area that I should try. My trip was luxurious with a sprinkle of adventure. The Retreat at Costa Rica and Villa Celetas both had stunning views, which exceeded my expectation. She communicated to the hotel and transportation company that I was celebrating my birthday so each vendor made it a point to acknowledge my birthday. I received 2 complimentary cakes and even got a room upgrade at my first hotel to a luxury loft. I appreciated how she checked in throughout my trip to make sure everything was going smoothly as planned. This was my first solo international trip so her checking in on me put me at ease . She made this trip stress free. I will definitely continue to use her in the future for my annual trips. I highly recommend Costa Rica as a place to experience

Hamineta is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my trip was perfect from start to finish. My family had a blast on our family vacation. Hamineta was wonderful especially with the last minute change of our whole vacation because of a death in our family. She definitely did her best to provide us with a seamless vacation all while staying in our original budget. By the way my kids did not want to leave!!!!
