Chris was just great!!. She worked with me on everything very well and really stuck by me to get the right bookings and seating. Very grateful. It also gave me confidence to book our trip with her and Travel Leaders. I also loved that she had many tips and suggestions that were very helpful and will add to the enjoyment of this special trip with my family. Highly recommend Chris she is very experienced ( and that really counts when booking trips!) and she is devoted to her clients. Thank yuh Chris!! Highly recommend!

Great service even when we didn't travel

Christine was a terrific help on our first reservation with her, taking care of every detail we asked her to handle. She worked with the cruise line to find some significant savings for us. And when we had to cancel due to healthy issues, she took care of it and obtained a full refund for us. Will definitely use her for all our future travel plans.

Excellent experiences. Two things that I detest, are booked room isn't what's expected and documentation is inadequate or wrong.
Christine takes care of these two things brilliantly, ocean front is always on the water and documentation is complete and easy to comprehend, no fuss or muss. This agent knows her trade, I would recommend her to anyone. We've recently booked the Rocky Mountineer Train trip in Western Canada and subsequent Alaskan cruise out of Vancouver with Christine.
Christine takes care of these two things brilliantly, ocean front is always on the water and documentation is complete and easy to comprehend, no fuss or muss. Christine, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. She went above and beyond to help me plan a family trip overseas which had several flights to and from different countries. Due to COVID-19, our trip was canceled. Christine has stayed on top of all of the changes/cancellations, and I look forward to working with Christine again in the future, and highly recommend her for your travel plans.
