Carolyn has been nothing short of fantastic! We ended up having extreme circumstances with our scheduled trip, and she went above and beyond to work for us until it was resolved. We highly recommend her!

She truly cares about her clients and it shows. We would never use anyone else for our travel. My trip to Italy was amazing due to her attention to detail. She worked hard to coordinate our flights to connect with our friend from Boston on our way there and back.

Again, the staff celebrated our anniversary and birthday with champagne and sweets (thanks again). Over 4 days, we saw all the amazing sites (churches, markets, architecture, food, beaches, history, etc.). We absolutely loved Barcelona! The people were great and the food was fabulous. Everything went very smooth from Detroit to Athens to boarding the ship to Barcelona and back. We both want to thank you for your efforts, knowledge, and advice. 5 star! My first trip using Carolyn was for a trip in 2020. She was amazingly patient as the wheels were coming off during Covid and we were all thrown into new territory of negotiating travel. Carolyn worked with our entire group (probably close to 20 families) to do what each of us felt comfortable with at that time. The borders closed and that trip was canceled.
