Kris is very knowledgeable and is always available to answer questions. I was nervous to plan a cruise as we’ve never been on one. I need to plan out every detail or I get anxious that I’ll forget something. Kris answered all my crazy questions and eased my mind immensely. She made sure we stayed on task with our cruise checklist… online check in, questionnaires, printing luggage tags etc. She sent us lanyards along with some brochures and checked in on us just before the cruise and after. We even got a wonderful keepsake gift from her afterwards. Highly recommend!

Quite the adventure

Our flight to Florida was delayed numerous times (7 I thinks if someone is counting). Kris stayed in contact with us and kept us updated on weather and alternative flights. We got to the hotel, just to be informed that there was a flood in our room and that we needed to be moved to a different hotel. She helped me stay calm and what questions to ask. I ordered an anniversary package on the ship to be set up as a surprise in December of 2024, that package was cancelled by Royal with no explanation. I forwarded the email to Kris and she instantly took over and reordered the package. We arrived on ship and entered our room to not have the package, to only have the card that Kris had requested be part of the surprise. This devastated me. I told her how heartbroken I was, she got on the phone guest services which they were not helpful as I was the one on the ship. I went and stood in a very long line and explained. They initially tried saying I cancelled this order, I found the receipt in m
