Alexis booked our recent trip to Europe including highlights in Bruges, Belgium and London. She researched and booked a complicated itinerary including flights, multiple train trips, some fantastic hotels and even London shows. Amazing Vacation

Alexis brought our bucket list vacation to a reality. I have always wanted to visit the Scandinavian countries. We did a combo of city visits and a 14 night Baltic Sea cruise. Alexis booked all of our travel details, from flights, trains and the cruise. She made sure that we had everything in order. No glitches anywhere. I highly recommend her to book your next vacation!

Honeymoon of our dreams thanks to Alexis

We can’t thank our travel agent, Alexis, enough for helping us plan the perfect honeymoon. When our original plans to go to Cuba fell through due to travel instability and a cancelled flight with Air Canada, Alexis jumped into action right away. She presented us with several amazing alternative options and helped us choose the beautiful Bahia Principe Grand Coba in Mexico.
The trip was everything we hoped for and more! Alexis took care of all the details, making the transition from our original plans completely stress-free. She even recommended some fantastic excursions. We ended up visiting Chichen Itza, swimming in a breathtaking Cenote, and exploring the Mayan ruins in Tulum, followed by an unforgettable experience swimming with sea turtles.
Every step of the way, Alexis was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a memorable honeymoon. We couldn't have done it without her and will definitely be booking future trips through her. Highly recommend!

A great getaway!

We decided to do a local trip to Ucluelet and Alexis had our backs every step of the way. She was knowledgeable about the area and the accommodations that were available, ultimately matching us with a resort that had everything we were looking for. Alexis offered great input and suggestions when it came to local things to do and even booked our spa appointment. Asia......Trip of a Life Time

We were planning our trip of a Life Time to Asia (Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia) and we decided to get some expert advice which is how we found Alexis. She organized, booked and took care of every detail of our 6 week adventure which included 2 group tours with Gadventures in both Thailand and Vietnam, numerous hotel bookings, numerous transfers which included flights, speed boats, buses and private car transfers. We can not say enough about Alexis.....her professionalism, her fast and efficient bookings and communication, and her follow-up throughout our trip. She was quick to respond and we would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip as she took care of every detail involved. We had a most amazing trip and thank Alexis for organizing it for us!!!

Alexis directed us to a beautiful 10 night cruise on the beautiful Enchanted Princess. When starting our enquiry with Alexis, we asked for a newer and larger ship. Great Caribbean Cruise

Alexis planned a great cruise for us. She was very responsive throughout, especially when we had a lot of questions early on in the planning, from finding us the right ship and itinerary to helping us select a great balcony room in our price point and researching and providing a good selection of excursions (which we didn't have time to do ourselves). There were so many options and it was a bit confusing trying to decide which ones to choose. She really listened to what we wanted and we ended up doing two that turned out great with zero issues. Overall her communication and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond. We will use her for our next vacation. Highly recommended.

Easy breezy!

Alexis was so kind to help myself, my partner, and our friends plan a wonderful cruise.
For myself and my partner it was our first cruise and Alexis was able to answer all the questions and concerns we had.
She was readily available to provide us with information when needed and upon returning she assisted us with any questions we had regarding some charges from the ship.
Alexis also did a lot of research for us on where we could stay in Fort Lauderdale before and after the trip, and made sure they were areas that met all of our needs.

A Great Cruise with Friends!

Thank you Alexis for all your help in getting our trip arranged smoothly and always being readily available to answer any questions or concerns. The trip was excellent and our rooms were right beside our friends with whom we travelled. The stateroom was really nice and we even got a special mention from our Server at one of the restaurants, who noticed that Alexis shared that we were on the trip for our anniversary! (too cute) When we got back home we had a few inquiries about extra charges from the cruise line, which Alexis was able to help resolve efficiently. We will look forward to booking with Alexis again in the (hopefully near) future - thank you!!
