Christina took my request for upcoming trip along with my preferences and booked our trip perfectly per our request. Couldn't have asked for an easier way to plan a trip that went off without any problems.

Chrissi did a marvelous job in taking care of our Trafalgar bus tour through Ireland and Scotland. We saw and did so much! Many castles, ate at some great restaurants, and nice hotels. I gave limited mobility. Having the bus company take care of luggage was a big help for hubby. I was able to get on and off coach with no problems. Bus driver and travel director made sure I did ok. Chrissi also took care of air fare. She also had lots of communication and asked lots of questions. Answered all our questions too! We are using herr again for a cruise in 2026!!!

Christina was helpful in arranging a block of rooms for Mothers Day weekend. The Hampton Suites/Downtown Nashville was within walking distance of the Ryman Auditorium and other attractions in downtown Nashville. Christina also ensured that housekeeping contacted us in regards to some special needs we personally have. She was prompt in answering any questions we had about our visit.

Amy Grant held a Mother’s Day weekend event with concerts on Friday night and Saturday night. Christina was able to get a block of rooms for some of us that was only 2 blocks away from the Ryman Auditorium for an extremely reasonable rate. All of the other downtown hotels used their rates for Mothers Day, but thanks to Chrissy, I was able to stay downtown. Last year, I actually had to go to the Gaylord because the prices downtown were astronomical and prohibitive. We had a slight issue checking in at 4:00, which is when check-in time started. They didn’t have our room ready and we waited for 45 minutes and then were told that they had tried to text me earlier. That never happened. We finally asked again at 4:45 about the room and they hustled us up to it. The room was clean and quiet, even though the hotel was clearly busy. I would definitely stay there again and will use Chrissy again for future visits.
