Jen did a wonderful job helping us select Sandals St Lucia Grande. She was amazing at communicating and helped us every step of the way. Our original flight was canceled causing our whole trip to be delayed. Jen helped us navigate everything. We can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work!

First of all, I want to give the biggest thank you to Jennifer for all of her help planning our honeymoon. I am new to working with travel agents and did not know what to expect, but Jen exceeded anything I could have possibly dreamt up. From the first day she reached out, she got to know a bit about my husband and I and what we were looking for in a vacation. Jennifer had excellent recommendations at different price points, with pros and cons of each resort according to our preferences. After we booked our resort, Jen was very communicative, ensuring all of our flights and excursions were up to date in Sandal's system and helped us with any questions that arose. A few weeks before our honeymoon a hurricane devastated Jamaica, leaving us uncertain of our plans. Before the hurricane even hit, Jennifer was communicating with us all of the options we would have and after the storm she kept us up to date with plans to reopen the resort and any other communications from Sandals regarding our stay. We were lucky enough to have no issues at Sandals Dunns River and our honeymoon went ahead as scheduled. Jennifer kept communication with us and was so kind and friendly throughout this whole process. I would 100% recommend her to friends and family and anyone else looking for a stress free and amazing Sandals experience. Thank you again!!!

We had the most incredible time! This was our first vacation we ever really had and we were celebrating our 25th anniversary and my 50th birthday (as well as a very belated honeymoon we never took). I am so happy that I found Jennifer! She was so incredibly thorough and observant. She was also very communicative and listened to us in regards to what we wanted for a vacation...and she totally delivered. I couldn't have been happier with her! Jennifer helped us book our Sandals anniversary vacation. She was very knowledgeable, helped us choose a room category, explained a lot about the resort and had very insightful tips for our trip. She responded quickly (almost instantly!) every time we reached out with a question. She jumped into action to help us change resorts when a hurricane headed towards Jamaica.

Jen made finding a place for our honeymoon quick and painless. She gave us ideas and options and immediately booked for us when we chose. She kept track of our flights and kept us updated on those. She is full of knowledge about all of the resorts and was always quick to respond when we had questions. I will absolutely contact Jen again when we plan another vacation!

Jen was so super helpful at every stage of the process. She offered tons of helpful tips, like what to pack, forms for fill out in advance, etc. leading up to the vacation and made sure we were fully prepared. On our travel days we had a short window for connecting and she was up before the sun watching the weather and potential delays keeping us in the loop. She even recommended her favorite spot for food at the airport! My in-laws traveled with us and also had nothing but great things to say about Jen. I have celiac and Jen arranged for one of the chefs to speak to me and go over their allergy protocol upon arrival. I could go on and on, but ultimately it was all the little details Jen provided that really made us all feel special and taken care of. We will be definitely be booking through Jen again in the future!

Jennifer put together options for the trip - we selected Jamaica. She had recommendations on the room selection, how to breeze through airport, on-line check-in and time line to complete each task to be manageable.

After struggling to find a local travel agent that would gather basic information and call back, I found Jennifer on the internet. She was the complete opposite! Very responsive and helpful. She was easily accessible and helped us every step of the way from planning to reminding us to download our boarding passes the day before. She was great!

Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING! Let me explain, I am very busy and run multiple companies but when it comes to my personal stuff I always lack at getting stuff done. Jennifer took all the ?'s out of the mix when it came to booking our trip. Literally handled everything. She would give me the best nudges for us for any of the things that needed done, passport stuff, re-entry stuff, even flights, she was watching flights ahead of time to make sure ours would be on time and when there was a delay, she caught it before I could have even known. She never missed a beat. She loves her work, represents the travel process and Sandals very professionally and was exceptional from start to finish. We rebooked while we were there because of her and wouldn't have it any other way. She will be our only travel agent because SHE EARNED IT!
