I don’t think I’d plan a trip by myself ever again, after working with Mary. She helped with every step, from lining up airfare & our hotel, to planning/booking our entertainment. It was obvious she spent a lot of time setting up our agenda and making sure everything was perfect for our family vacation!

Mary went above and beyond from the very first moment we contacted her! She went above and beyond to find us the best deal out there. We ended up with a better deal than we originally were looking at! She was very helpful every step of the way and helped us navigate getting all the proper paperwork filled out. She even texted us within minutes of our flight landing at our "layover" destination to tell us which gate we had to get to and that we had 53 minutes to get there!

She checks in with you and sends reminders to you, so that you don't forget to get something done! She sent me options for trips to Europe and, helped me to get a tour that was not with our tour! I got to see and do all the things that I really wanted to do. She helped us thru a few minor problems that we encountered. She was the calm voice that I needed. Assistance when we were in a bind!

My son and I booked a Caribbean cruise with Mary in March 2023.
The day prior to our flight, I received notification from the airline that our flight was delayed by 2 hours - and we were flying on our embarkation day! The day of our flight, our flight was further delayed!
Mary provided great assistance and service by reaching out to the cruise line to advise that our flight was significantly delayed so that the ship wouldn't leave the embarkation port without us!
Mary was so invested in our vacation and ensuring we had an amazing experience that Mary even tried to find us on the ship via the ship "webcam" during the sail-away party to confirm that we made it on the ship - now that's service!

Family Vacation

Setting up our family vacation , there are 3 separate households, was A BREEZE with Mary. Never a question or concern with her taking carenof all our arrangements. My husband and I ran into weather issues when catching a connection, Mary was our lifeline; when i say this woman HUSTLED to get things fixed for us, man did she ever get it done. Let me say, without Marys help, we probably would not have made it to be with our family unless it was a day or 2 behind everyone else, Mary MADE SURE that did not happen.
