Making the best holiday from unavoidable changes.

Last year was to be my first booked vacation and I found myself to be very unsettled with the planning due to my own inexperience. Erica kept me informed and calm. When a norovirus changed our scheduled hotel, we received a very suitable replacement and had a fantastic time. There was a slight hitch in ground transportation due to the change, but Erica worked us through the issue and we were very grateful.

Best trip in a LONG time

From start to finish erica was amazing! 5 stars! That girl found us the best resort, best spots to check out and checked in on us to see how we were doing. And if we had any questions she was always there! Highly recommend and will be rebooking our next trip through her.
