I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with YMG Deluxe Travel! From the moment I decided to work with Yvonne, they were responsive, insightful, and helpful. My trip was booked within a week of initial contact, and exactly in my budget I provided them. From there, they made sure all my pre-trip steps were done correctly and in order, even making sure I checked into my flight the day before and completed immigration steps. Once I landed in my destination (Punta Cana) I knew exactly what to do and where to go. The resort itself, Royalton Chic, met all my expectations. The resort was beautiful and clean, and very intimate (you don’t get lost). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well, including decorating my room for my birthday and teaching me to play dominoes. I enjoyed every day of my trip and when it was sadly time to go, once again the process was completely smooth from check out to airport transfer. I would not hesitate to book with Yvonne again! Great experience start to finish.

We had an amazing trip to Jamaica thanks to Yvonne at YMG Deluxe Travel! From the very beginning she made the entire planning process easy and stress-free.
