Incredible service and extremely knowledgeable. We wanted to take our 2 and 4 year old children on an outdoor active vacation. Park City was the perfect destination. There were many age appropriate hikes as well as planned activities such as white water rafting. The hotel we stayed at couldn’t have been more family friendly and was in walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

Sheri is a very seasoned traveler herself and was instrumental in setting up a perfectly planned vacation to Hawaii with plenty of suggestions on things to do. Our resorts were perfectly located and full of amenities. She scheduled our accommodations, car rental, some excursions. She answered any emails we had or phone calls promptly. From the beginning of my trip planning with her calling me with a great deal on our flights to Italy through a "flashsale" all the way through our departure with transfers that Sheri arranged on a beautiful boat that took us right up to the airport door, we were beyond pleased! I am in my early sixties and after traveling nationally and internationally for most of those years I would consider myself an experienced world traveler. Sheri Langwald helped get our honeymoon planned and booked. We went to Secrets Cap Cana in Punta Cana. The all inclusive resort was full of so much sunshine and relaxation. Sheri made planning our stay in Cancun super easy! Two quick phone calls and we were booked! My husband and I had never been to Cancun before or had even stayed at an all inclusive resort. I will admit the price at first was a little shocking but we would do it all over again in a heartbeat! We were blown away by the resort (Secrets The Vine Cancun). Sheri said it was a gorgeous property and she was right! Since we were booking our flight separately, Sheri was able to provide transportation to and from the hotel with no problem. When we arrived at the resort, we were told they had upgraded our room at no extra charge and handed a glass of champagne. We had a Deluxe Ocean View room and ocean view did we get! The resort was beautiful, clean, the hotel staff was always friendly and wanted to make sure that we had everything we wanted. We had the perfect weekend, great food, great drinks, perfect weather. We will definitely be booking another all inclusive trip in the future!

In this day and age, one questions exactly what role a travel agent plays that some app can’t help you do for yourself. I am glad I took a friend’s advice and found out. The occasion was a milestone birthday (mine) and to celebrate my wife and I decided to take both our married children along with our 2 year old granddaughter. Our first inclination was a destination, all-inclusive site, but Sherri and her Mom Annette, convinced us that a cruise was better suited for a multigenerational family, particularly with diverse interests and requirements. How true that turned out to be!
