My travel journey began at 17 when I took a road trip with a close friend across western Canada. It was at this point, I knew travel, culinary and the love of new cultures would be a part of me for life.

In 2001 I went to college at Loyalist College for Travel and Tourism and Restaurant/ Hotel Management. Soon after my life took me to Fernie British Columbia where I followed my career in culinary. I worked in fly in fishing lodges in Nunavut  to owning three of my own restaurants over the years. I enjoyed presenting creative and top notch meals to my patrons and making their visit the best experience possible. I found myself providing must do and must sees on a regular basis to our patrons and even the best fly fishing holes around. I have always enjoyed sharing with customers and making their experience the best i could.

 I am a father of three children with autism with the passion of travel, exploring many countries like Mexico, Dominican Republic, all over the United States and Japan.
