Ashleigh was extremely helpful in planing our cruise. She was very knowledgeable and kept in communication before, during and after the cruise to ensure things were going as planned. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to book a vacation!

We traveled to Mexico November 11th through November 15th. The entire process was so easy, and we had a piece of mind knowing Ashleigh was there to help us during the entire trip. Everything from the rooms, travel and resort itself were what we were expecting. We definitely use Ashleigh again in the future for upcoming trips.

We have used Ashleigh multiple times now, and each time is just as effortless as the last. She is so helpful in the beginning planning stages, patient with questions and very thorough with details before departure.

From start to finish, everything went super easy! The resort, staff, and food was amazing! We would ask Ashleigh to book another trip for us in a heartbeat.

Ashleigh planned an Alaskan cruise for my family including myself, my husband, my 2 year old daughter, and my parents. She found adjoining cabins on a Norwegian ship with many family friendly features. It was an amazing trip and working with Ashleigh made everything so easy and relaxing!

This was our honeymoon and first time out of the country. We couldn’t have made it as easy as Ashleigh did. Before our decision was made, she sent us many options of resorts in Mexico to choose from. Flights, transportation and the resort, she made it so easy. Also made us packing checklists, advice for international traveling and examples of how much to tip who. Will definitely ask her to help us with our next trip!

Our family was planning to visit Boston as my daughter in law qualified for the Boston Marathon. We decided we would also like to visit NY while we were out on the East coast. This is where Ashleigh came in and worked her magic. I gave her the dates and a brief description of what we wanted to see. Also, we needed to take into consideration our 80 something year old mothers would be traveling with us. Ashleigh took the information and started researching. I began getting suggestions from her, links to view. Before I knew it, we had airline tickets to NY from Chicago, hotel reservations in New York, bus tickets for tours in NY, our hotel was just a couple blocks from a bus stop. She researched different attractions and sent me links. She booked us Amtrak tickets from NY to Boston. We also got tickets for a bus in Boston. She booked our airline tickets from Boston back to Chicago. Ashleigh met with us a week before our trip, gave us our travel documents , along with a nice plastic

It was so nice to be in good hands with someone who felt like a trusted friend ;) Ashleigh was very attentive to our travel needs and was patient with us as we navigated being Disney novices. She made excellent suggestions and recommendations and intuitively knew what she felt would best serve our needs.

We had the most incredible experience working with Ashleigh! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our family trip to Dreams Aventuras absolutely perfect. She answered every single question we had (and we had a lot between all of us!), always with patience and promptness. Even when a small hiccup came up with booking, she jumped into action immediately and handled everything so smoothly. We felt completely taken care of the entire time. Even while we were there, she was checking in. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Ashleigh was great to work with! We told her what we were wanting, our price range and she took it from there. Ashleigh found us a great deal. The resort was beautiful. She was always available when we had questions. She checked in with us while we were on our trip to make sure we didn’t need anything. She made our trip so easy and I will definitely use her again.

Amazing! I reached out to Ashleigh less than six weeks before Spring Break for help planning a trip with my two adult daughters. We were thinking Florida, but she wondered if we’d go out of the country and I’m so glad that she did. Ashleigh found us several great options and helped us throughout the whole process. Ashleigh was awesome about getting us some trip options very quickly. She was able to narrow down some good choices based on a wide range of places and experiences. She also helped us navigate an issue with the airline and checked-in on us while we were on vacation. Great client service in my mind and we will call her again!

Ashleigh was wonderful. She had the patience to work with me on a very last minute travel trip; 10 days post travel date. She stayed in constant contact and when she couldn’t due to travel restrictions, she passed me along to a co-worker who was also on top of getting me information for my trip. She got me everything I asked for and worked with me regarding all my questions and concerns. When I left I felt so much better knowing I was is good hands if anything were to not go as planned. She is highly recommended by me!!
