I have known Phyllis and the Eileene's Travel team for over 20 years. I have traveled the globe multiple times and have always used Phyllis and Eileene's to book my travel.
Phyllis has great knowledge of the best air fares available....and and great knowledge of many of the finer hotels in various countries.
There have been a few times where airlines have cancelled flights or have had 'reroutes'....
Phyllis ansswers emails no matter what time zone you are in...and has the ability to make things work out.
Recently....during a major storm here in Florida, my flights were cancelled....with no notice to me by the airline.
Phyllis jumped into action and got us home the same day....and pushed the airline to accommodate us.
She is a jewel in the crown that makes her and Eileenes's my go to travel agency.

Great trip, great travel agent!

Phyllis couldn't have been a batter agent for us. We needed to plan our trip rather quickly with a lot of difficult details and she was quick, thorough, and patient during the entire process. And the trip was fantastic! Hotel and excursions were PERFECT!

Great Travel Agent

Phyllis has assisted my wife and I in traveling to Europe and a cruise. Both trips were the times of our lives. She tries to understand what we like to do and match that with the trip. The hotels she suggested in Europe were 5 stars at a 3 star price. The breakfasts were unbelievable. We were in the middle of Paris, Vienna, Zurich, and Munich and within walking distance of most of the sights we wanted to see.
The cruise was also a delight. She asked us what we were interested in doing in a cruise and she gave us her suggestion on the best cruise for us at a price we could afford. We had never enjoyed a cruise as much as this one.
We are very thankful for Phyllis and what she has done for us!
