Our family just returned from an amazing Royal Caribbean cruise, and it exceeded every expectation we had. First, a huge thank you to Hannah. She made the entire process completely stress-free with her incredible attention to detail, organization, and communication. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything was perfectly planned. We truly could not have enjoyed such a relaxing vacation without her help, and we're already looking forward to planning another trip with her! As for the cruise itself, it was exactly as advertised—and even better. This was our first family-focused cruise, and there was truly something for everyone. Our group of 10, ranging from kids to adults, all found activities we loved. The rooms were perfect, the kids loved the window seats and bunk-style setup, and the ship never felt overcrowded despite being full. The entertainment was outstanding, from the shows and trivia to the pools and family activities. The staff throughout the ship were incredible, especially the dining team, who made every meal feel special and quickly became part of the experience. Our excursions were equally fantastic. Baha Mar's water park was relaxing, uncrowded, and perfect for the kids. Perfect Day at CocoCay was another highlight, with our day bed providing a great home base while the kids explored the beach, pools, games, and snack spots. Overall, this was a truly perfect family vacation filled with wonderful memories, plenty of laughs, and even a few cruise ducks that have now made their way into hiding spots around our house. Thank you again, Hannah, for helping make this trip so special. We can't wait to work with you again on our next adventure!

New Cruise Line for us, but Hannah navigated us through the entire process. As we had a party of 10, there were many steps to take along the way. Not only did she provide excellent information and recommendations, she helped us book all events, transfers, etc. She answered EVERY question promptly and as we booked a year ago, kept up posted on any deadlines or changes. My wife and I had Hannah help us plan a week long trip to Amsterdam. She chose a great hotel and offered many fun ideas for things to do, and we followed her recommendations. Our day long tour of the Dutch countryside was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed visiting the Anne Frank house, and would not have planned well enough in advance without her help. It was our first trip to Europe and was a total joy!
