Orit is a caring and professional travel agent. When I first contacted her regarding the trip I wanted to go on she went to work immediately. She stayed in contact with me during the process as we decided together what flights would be best for my river cruise. Having not been to Europe in many years was a little scary and Orit was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She checked up with me during my river cruise as well as when I got home. I felt well taken care of with her as my agent. As a former airline employee and one who never used travel agents, I was confident in Orit's handling of my journey. She took the stress out of my first overseas trip in three decades. We booked a Virgin Cruise with Orit. Had one of the best summers! It was our first time going on a cruise and Orit made the journey from finding the right cruise, payment and even support when we were on the cruise itself! She was so helpful, kind and supportive - assisting us all th way.

From start to finish Orit was there to answer questions, make recommendations and work to resolve problems. There were a couple of minor issues before leaving, but the best example of her outstanding service was the morning we were returning home our flight was cancelled about 30 minutes before we left ship for the 3 hour bus ride to the airport. We sent a message to Orit just to let her know what happened And she worked with the cruise line to get us on new flights home by the time we got to airport. This was going above and beyond the call!
