My daughter's family and son's family paid for my and my wife's passage so we could join them and the grandkids on their Disney Cruise. I was worried about lining up air travel to Orlando and how to get from there to the Port. My daughter put us in touch with Betsy and she was a champ. She made our travel arrangements and hotel arrangements and made sure everything lined up with our daughter's family plans. She made sure we were aware of little insider tips like packing clothespins so we could hang up wet swimsuits. Betsy's a pro!!!

I reached out to Betsy to help plan an anniversary trip. She was very responsive and was willing to look into different options and even give ideas. There was a lot of back and forth do to the options we where looking at. Our trip was great and the Hotel was perfect!

This was my first time using a travel planner and my first trip on Virgin Voyages on the Scarlet Lady. I will NEVER book another trip without Betsy again!

For starters, she knew the ship like she lived on it. Once I got on board, I didn’t have any trouble finding everything. It was all right where she said it would be.

I told her I only like to plan a little and see where the day takes me after that. She gave plenty of options so I could be as busy or lazy as I felt like. Pro tip: PLAN for a nap in the balcony hammock.

The food was great, and the crew just hung out with passengers like regular people. There was sunshine all day both port days. The Beach Club at Bimini was beautiful and Betsy told me about a little hidden oceanfront bar in Cozumel that I still want to be at!

I would do a Virgin cruise again tomorrow if I could. And like I said, I’m never taking another vacation without Betsy leading the planning charge! She’s awesome!

Betsy was amazing to work with! She pulled together multiple options for a girls trip to Disneyland and was super flexible when we ended up changing weekends on her. Working with Betsy was a great way to set us up for a wonderful vacation. We knew we wanted a Caribbean destination and amenities to keep 4 adults and 4 teens happy. She took that information and worked within our budget to find us a great fit. Betsy planned a caribbean cruise for my husband and I on the Disney Wonder. My husband Eric and I had a Fantastic time exploring the islands and enjoying the cruise ship. Cannot say enough about Storybook Trips by Betsy and her help getting my boys to Disney. The task of planning a trip was overwhelming and I set out to research it but was quickly overcome by options and phrases like "park hopper" and "lighning lane" that I didn't understand. Betsy simplified it - after getting my budget and what our most important aspects were, she sent me 3 options and made it simple to make payments. I asked a thousand questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly. I did contact Disney once myself directly but Betsy answered faster AND with way more thorough info. Betsy was lock-step with me through last minute changes, odd questions about disability access and lightning lane.
And her services were FREE to me! No, our trip wasn't more expensive for having used a planner...in our case it absolutely saved us money as she knows the deals and packages better than anyone.

I have used Betsy many times for our travel trips to Disney locations, including cruises. I tend to plan our trips way in advance, which is probably a nightmare for her, but she is always there. Her knowledge of travel is top-notch and she has helped us find attractions that have been fantastic. Currently, I am working with her to book a 5-day cruise and a three-day DisneyWorld experience. Her help has saved me an enormous amount of time and helped save a few dollars in airport to-ship transfers. Wish I had known her sooner as it would have saved me headaches in planning and organizing previous trips. DisneyWorld, here we come!!!
