Our family of 8 just returned from a magical 7 day trip to Disney World with a side trip to Universal Studios. This was our second time working with Jennifer and once again she provided A+ service. Jennifer is unmatched in her attention to detail. We were extremely happy with her suggestions for resort reservations, transportation to/from airport, Dining Plan options, and information on Disney parks and Universal Studios. Jennifer is an excellent communicator, always responding to emails in a timely manner. Our trip was absolutely seamless due in large part to Jennifer's knowledge and love of travel! Jennifer was fabulous to work with. She was professional, prompt with responses and just fun to talk to about all things Disney! She provided us with information about each of the parks and must see attractions, restaurants, lightning lanes, and early entries which really helped our family have a fabulous vacation.

Jen is so friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy! I was overwhelmed by the amount of options and just sheer scale of everything Disney World as a first time visitor. She took the reins when I needed her to and was super helpful in narrowing down the many options and providing me with a solid few that were perfect for my family. She is responsive to emails and messages and kept me up to date on deadlines and such as the trip approached. She sent in-depth guides about what to pack, what to expect for each individual park (including her personal recommendations) and more. She helped me plan out our dining options and woke up super early in the morning to get the reservations for us, so I was asleep while my trip was being planned for me! She even got us a last-minute reservation to a sought after restaurant while we were enjoying Animal Kingdom. I cannot stress enough how incredible it was having Jen on board and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
