About Me

Glacier National Park, nestled in the Rocky Mountains of Montana, USA, is a land of pristine beauty and natural wonders. Spanning over a million acres, this enchanting wilderness boasts towering peaks, sparkling lakes, and ancient glaciers, making it a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Here’s a glimpse into the magnificence of Glacier National Park:

Glacier National Park is named for its prominent glaciers, remnants of the last ice age. While change has taken its toll, the park still hosts around 25 active glaciers. Among the most famous are Grinnell, Jackson, and Sperry glaciers, each a testament to the park's glacial past.

One of the park's crown jewels is the legendary Going-to-the-Sun Road. This engineering marvel spans 50 miles, winding its way through rugged terrain and offering breathtaking views of glaciers, waterfalls, and sheer cliffs. It’s an iconic drive that showcases the park's diverse landscapes.

Glacier National Park is a haven for wildlife, providing habitat for over 70 species of mammals and hundreds of bird species. Visitors may encounter grizzly bears, mountain goats, bighorn sheep, moose, and elusive predators like wolves and lynx. The park's biodiversity is a testament to its ecological richness.

With over 700 miles of hiking trails, Glacier offers something for everyone, from leisurely strolls to challenging treks. The Highline Trail, Iceberg Lake Trail, and Grinnell Glacier Trail are just a few of the renowned routes that lead to spectacular vistas and encounters with wildlife.

The largest lake in the park, Lake McDonald, is a shimmering gem nestled amidst towering peaks. Its crystal-clear waters reflect the surrounding mountains, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing on its pristine shores.

The park is steeped in history, with evidence of human habitation dating back over 10,000 years. Native American tribes such as the Blackfeet and Salish have long revered this land, leaving behind a rich cultural legacy. Remnants of early homesteads and lodges add to the park's historical allure.

Glacier National Park is part of the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world's first international peace park. Together with Canada's Waterton Lakes National Park, it forms a transboundary ecosystem preserving biodiversity and promoting international cooperation.

Glacier National Park Trip!
Reviewed By Judy - Portland, Oregon | Traveled to Glacier National Park ~ Montana ~ USA
We used Cristine to book our Glacier National Park trip using Amtrak. It was a fantastic experience! She knows exactly where to go, how to book it and all of the excursions to hit.

She put us in the Glacier Park Lodge which was perfect. Our excursions to the Going to the Sun Road, white water rafting, St. Mary's Lake, Grinnell Glacier Trail, Swiftcurrent Lake were absolutley amazing and breathtaking!

We stayed a night at the Tipi Village which felt like we transported back into the 1800s. Blackfeet Reservation is full of history and beauty and the people were so friendly and helpful!

We packed a lot of our own food but her recommendations to hit some of the lodge eateries were perfect. It was nice to sit for a while and have a good meal!

We loved using her and can't wait for our trip next year to Zion!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Disney Trip for the Books!
Reviewed By Glenda Dvorak - Minneapolis, MN | Traveled to Orlando ~ Florida ~ USA
Cristine secured a reservation for me at the stunning Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and worked closely with me to create a customized park itinerary. She provided invaluable advice on which parks to visit each day based on crowd levels and special events. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to maximize my time in the parks and experience all the must-see attractions without feeling rushed.

Securing dining reservations at Disney World can be challenging, but she took care of everything for me. She made reservations at some of the most sought-after restaurants, including Be Our Guest and Cinderella's Royal Table. But also gave us the best advice to maximize our time with quick service options! She also helped me navigate Genie+ and Lightening Lanes.

Her first-hand knowledge of the transportation made it so easy to get around! Overall, this was a wonderful trip and using her services made it all stress-free! We will use her again for another vacation for sure!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

The Beauty of Glacier National Park

We entered through the West Glacier entrance just after sunrise. The drive along Lake McDonald is the perfect way to begin — calm, grounding, a slow unfolding of the park’s grandeur. Our first stop was the Trail of the Cedars, a short, wheelchair-accessible loop through towering red cedars that feel more like sentinels than trees. Halfway...
