Amber did an outstanding job planning our recent cruise. From start to finish, she was organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, handling the details with professionalism and care. We had a fairly large group of 15 (7 adults and 8 kids), and her guidance in helping us choose the best cruise for our group made a huge difference. She was able to put things together that I didn’t even know were possible. I’m so glad we had Amber plan our cruise instead of going directly through the cruise line ourselves. Even when problems arose, she was immediately on it and made us feel like we were in very good hands. Amber was quick to answer questions, provided clear guidance, and made sure everything was in place well before our trip. Thanks to her attention to detail, our vacation went great and everyone had an amazing time. We truly appreciate her excellent service and will definitely work with Amber again in the future. Amber was magnificently amazing in all ways! She answered our 100 questions, even when I'm certain we'd asked the same questions several times. She had so much park knowledge and provided what we needed or asked for in record time consistently. From Dinner reservations ideas to Park hopping all the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. She helped prepare us and set us up wonderfully and seamlessly through hotel transfers and what to expect. Even helping to make sure we knew how to link multiple families within the Disney App. The Family Trip was a true success, and she helped make that possible.

Amber was such an excellent resource and help in planning our first trip to Disney. I was way out of my league and she was recommended to me by a friend. I quite literally could not have planned the trip we had without her! We will be going back and will definitely be using Amber again and again!
