Michelle goes above and beyond in planning your trip! My husband and I wanted to take a little road trip vacation without the kiddos. My family of 4 just got back from our first trip to Costa Rica. Michele helped set everything up and made it ridiculously easy. She booked everything according to our budget and time constraints. We recently had our destination wedding in St Lucia with our family and friends. Michele helped us from the very beginning with getting the hotel block, and helping to coordinate transportation since everyone was arriving and leaving on different days. Michelle is a very hands on responsive agent! She made sure everything was taken care of for our cruise and even sent me reminders up until the day of the cruise. What an incredible trip and insane excursions. I could go on and on about the whole trip but will condense it down to our favorite excursion - Helicopter on a glacier and dog sled. We were picked up right outside the ship and off to the airport. We went through the security detail and then given instructions for the ride of a lifetime. We boarded the helicopter (the wife got to sit upfront) and off we went. The most beautiful view ever. Our pilot (ex-military) was awesome and pointed out numerous glaciers as we traveled to our destination in the middle of a frozen glacier. We landed into a dogsled encampment and from air to land and rode on a dogsled which was fantastic. After we got to get up and personal with the dogs and puppies. After appx 1 1/2 hours the copter came and picked us up and back to reality. I would recommend not only this trip and excursion but also our travel agent Michele Grizzard. She has booked numerous travels with her and she is awesome and a real go-getter. Her knowledge is beyond compare and just simply the best.

Where do I even begin… I was referred to Michele by a friend who grew up with her husband. He told me his friend’s wife was a travel agent and passed along her info. From the very beginning, Michele was kind, responsive, and ready to help. I told her we were planning a week-long trip to Paris in September, and that my mom—who really wanted to be part of the planning—preferred to meet in person to go over everything. A little backstory about my mom: she’s a quadriplegic and uses a power chair, so simply getting her up and out of the house is a huge task. I explained this to Michele, and without hesitation, she offered to come to us. She made the trip to our home in Ormond Beach just to make sure my mom felt comfortable and included in every step of the process. She sat with us for hours, patiently going over all the details and answering every question with care and professionalism. A few weeks later, we officially booked our Paris adventure. Michele helped us organize everything from flights to excursions—Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Disney Paris, the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, the Rodin Museum, Luxembourg Gardens, and so much more. Every detail was carefully thought out. Given my mom’s condition, we also needed specialized medical equipment: a medical bed, air mattress, shower chair, and a hoyer lift. Michele didn’t just say “that’s not my job”—she took it upon herself to research and find a local company in Paris that rents this exact equipment.
