Susan always puts her customers first. She recently planned a trip to Italy for us. The trip was absolutely perfect and there was not one problem the entire time we were there!! Susan is the best of the best!! The trip was truly unreal!!! We owe our wonderful experience all to Susan!!

Sue was fantastic! she spent plenty of time with us up front, understood exactly what we wanted and she made us the best plan ever- this was the best trip my wife and I have ever taken and our expectations we exceeded every step of the way! It was the first time we used Sue and we will use her for travel every time now!

Easy. I told her about my family, what we were looking for, ages of my children and she put together a PERFECT itinerary for us. Found direct flights, children-friendly hotel, everything we wanted and more. It took away all my stress in planning, searching and comparing prices, numerous phone calls, etc.

She communicated frequently regarding various options and choices available to us. Susan arranged with a local tour agency for an after-trip excursion and that was nothing less than fabulous. Having never been I wanted to make the most of my time and money. Susan helped us to plan the trip of a lifetime. Planes, trains, boats, cars. We used them all. It would have been impossible to do 3 countries and all the places we saw in 19 days without her. It was stress free all we had to do was enjoy knowing when it was time to move the transfers, tickets and lodging were all under control. We had zero issues and the itinerary was simple to use and access and we had everything we needed all in one place. The drivers were on time, they communicate in our language and got us to our destinations without fail.

Susan was excellent in helping me plan a special birthday trip for my wife for her 40th birthday. She was very transparent throughout the whole booking process and always kept me updated with everything. She was even able to get us upgraded to a club level room for additional amenities at the hotel. Our trip ended up being absolutely fantastic. We cannot wait to return to Charleston. The trip was great. We had a 2-week trip to Bordeaux, Lyon, and Chamonix in France. There were many ground transportation linkups, and all of them went entirely smoothly. Sue carefully proposed, planned, and sequenced each activity - wine and food tasting, trips to vineyards, exploring the villages and towns -- for us to get the most out of each experience. The guides she provided, Rachel in Lyon and Laurent in Chamonix, immeasurably enriched the experience. Guides are great in a group tour - we haven’t had a ton of group tours but have gone on them from time to time – but having a one-on-one guide added an extra dimension to the trip, giving a deeper scope and context to the trip. I want to add that Sue counselled us to get trip insurance which was excellent advice since we almost had to cancel or postpone the trip because of injury. We wound up being able to go but it was touch and go for a couple days. Sue rolled with the uncertainty and then modified and reduced the activity levels the day before we left. She was really great!!

Had the best family trip to Baha Mar! Susan helped us pick a location that could entertain our four kids ages 10-17 and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and the highlight for all of us was the dolphin swim!

Sue helped us plan a high school graduation trip for my son to London, Paris and finishing off with a river cruise to Normandy. Sue was an absolute pleasure to work with, always available to answer any question I had both in the planning stages and while we were already there. It was the least stressful vacation I have ever had and it was all because of the plans Sue made for us. Our first family trip to Europe was perfection! We traveled with our 9, 11, and 14 year old children and got to experience culture and family fun. This was our kids first time in Europe and Susan and her team took care of us every step of the way. From the private tours, car service, concierge daily check-ins, and all the beautiful hotels and amenities we couldn't have asked for a better way to experience Italy and Slovenia. Susan is great to work with. From the very beginning she was very responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of international travel. We recently went on a trip to Sicily (multi generational) and she was very helpful in providing us information for hotel in Taormina that would suit our needs. Most helpful were the private drivers she was able to arrange for us to an from the airport and to our family town ( a couple hours away). Everything was seamless. Her own experiences and contacts there were most helpful.

Seamless! As noted in the review title, this was a 17-day whirlwind of a trip which included not only Ireland, but Scotland as well. Due to Susan Glover’s attention to detail, everything went as planned. Speaking of planning, Susan’s answers to my queries throughout that stage were answered within 12 hours if not sooner. She was ready with suggestions for each place we stayed in, but was also open and able to comply with my requests. With all the transportation and shifts between cities, villages and towns, this could have been a nightmare. Instead we enjoyed every single day on one of our best trips ever.

Sue expertly planned an amazing trip for five of us, two of our adult children tag teamed each other, so our travel plans were a bit complicated. With careful planning & scheduled pick ups at the airport , as well as perfectly scheduled transport to airports & railway stations, we made it to our destinations without the usual travel day stress. We started out in Finland to meet our daughter at her study abroad location. From there we met my husband in London. We boarded a fun Tea Bus to tour the city & also went to Tower of London & Buckingham Palace with a charming local guide. Next, one daughter headed home & another joined us in Paris. We went up the Eiffel Tower with an informed local guide. The Louvre & M O were arranged for us, early access was so helpful & less crowded. Last stop Rome with a
meaningful trip to Vatican City with early access & finally the Colosseum, both with knowledgeable guides. We stayed in charming hotels too

Sue was a huge help planning our family vacation. We originally planed to travel to Aruba. Sue booked everything for us, I didn't do a thing. With the ever changing Covid restrictions, I decided at the very last minute I didn't want to leave the country. I called sue and again she planned everything. We ended up going to the Florida Keys. She also helped us book a package at a Caribbean resort I thought was out of our price range and then arranged travel for an add-on grandparent for that trip, making sure our rooms were adjacent.
