Subir was super helpful and caring throughout the entire process. Everything went very smoothly with him and he gave a really good flight plan with a decent price.

I booked 3 tickets to India and one of them was for my 4 months old. On the ticket Subir issued said I am allowed to carry 23kg for the infant but when I checked in at the airport I was not allowed to carry those 23kg and I had to pay $320.They told me my travelling agent is a scammer who issued this kind of ticket. I spoke to Subir and he assured me he will do something and what he did was to ignore my messages and emails. Never going back to them.

Subir was very prompt and advised us all the needed things. He selected the best rooms for us in the midship for our cruise. I would have no idea what to pick if it were not him. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and I regret not using him for our earlier trips.
