Lindsay was super helpful in booking my trip and took care of all the details for me. She also gave me a little care package to take with me on my trip. I reached out to Lindsay during our trip to inquire about having to pay at the airport on our departure (my sister in law said she heard that we did), and she made sure to find an answer for me which eased my concerns about having no cash left, and not wanting to use the ATM to get some. The biggest kudos, was on the last day of my trip, we had a medical emergency, and I reached out to Lindsay because I needed to reschedule our flights home. She was beyond helpful and was able to provide me with who at the resort could assist me with rescheduling, and kept her laptop close, until I confirmed that the resort WestJet rep had indeed rescheduled my flights. She also checked in to see how I was doing during the whole ordeal, and assisted me with finding the correct number for my travel insurance (we work at the same company).
