Lee and Lily were absolutely fantastic. To start, Both Lee and Lily responded to all questions within an hour. This fall, I traveled to Europe alone to visit my son who is studying abroad. Safety, ease of travel and local recommondations were important to me. What I most liked about working with them is that they provided options. Their recommendations for activities were superb. The cooking class in Rome was a highlight. The restaurants recommended were the locals favorites. Each and every one was populated by locals and had incredible menu selections and amazing food. In addition, they helped me with my travel tremendously. The last morning of my trip, my flight was cancelled back to the US 3 hours before boarding. MAD Travel had an emergency line and the representative was able to help me rebook and took care of everything within 45 minutes. I dont think I could travel again without using MAD Travel

This trip included 5 family members coming and going at different times with one common destination in the middle. Seemingly complicated but Lily made it happen with many suggestions, excellent planning and lots of patience! All went smoothly; it was a memorable vacation and enjoyable time with family!
