We recently returned from an 11 day trip to Africa. We used Monique from the Edina location. We visited Victoria Falls, Moremi Crossing in the Okavango Delta and ended in Capetown. Everything was perfectly planned. We had a five star experience in every way. The hotels she choose, the additional tours she planned for us, the airport meet and greets all made our trip enjoyable and totally stress free. The care that was taken from the guides for us, the hotels, all were wonderful. Being picked up and dropped off worked well.
We were most surprised with the Mango Cruise. We did not know that it was a boat just for us managed by four staff and the guide. It was magical and I have very fond memories.
We learned the money and found out how to tip and we did so generously because of the service rendered.
The only financial surprise was confusion over a visa going into Cambodia. I thought we didn't need a visa. But we were told to get American dollars from an ATM and pay $35 each for a visa. It felt cheesy.
My favorite hotel was the Indochine Palace in Hue. What made it special were the staff and the awesome service. The guides were also helpful, especially Duc in Hanoi and Phuong in Hue. Phuong helped with the doctor. Sokros in Cambodia was outstanding also. Our every request was accommodated by the guides. Truly a memorable experience.

Monique was beyond helpful. She was able to adjust to all the twists and turns our honeymoon took before it all settled. From Northern Europe, to a Mexican beach, and finally to the mountains of CO. She helped us find fun things to do and booked them for us. I was so busy planning my wedding and she took all the stress out of planning the honeymoon. I was able to just look forward to it and enjoy it! As I would throw out ideas she would do all the research. It was an amazing partnership. Monique is an absolute pleasure to work with! She has now helped us book two family vacations (Hawaii w/10ppl and Mexico w/4ppl). Our most recent trip Dec 28, 2017- Jan 2, 2018 to Mexico was for my sister's 40th birthday. We selected the Valentin Imperial for its 8 bars and 11 restaurants and were not disappointed. The resort it absolutely beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Most memorable experience is a toss up between the foam party at the pool (too much fun) and the New Years Eve party (what a night). There was a live band and a DJ every night in the main area. 24-hour room service. I could go on and on.
