I have used Gwen for several trips and she is so helpful and very professional. When I decided on my last vacation I called her and she gets everything together and she reviews it all with me, she answers any questions I had, very prompt in responding to all my concerns.

From the beginning of trying to find a destination, to all of the wonderful options provided, Gwen was a godsend to us! She researched several locations for us based on what we were looking for and then provided options at each destination to choose from. Gwen was so patient and understanding when we had a hard time making that final decision. Once we decided, she took care of EVERYTHING for us! Flight, car, and destination plus kept in communication throughout the whole process. Gwen was easy to contact and always answered every question we had prior to the trip and even called the day before to make sure we had everything we needed. Our location and the house was perfect!
