Darby was quite responsive. Since we were taking a tour run by Odysseys-Unlimited, all materials went from them to Darby who then quickly forwarded the materials to us. She helped with the air arrangements (although we had done the research before talking with her).

The trip we took was very good and we would recommend Odysseys-Unlimited to others. Similarly, we would recommend using Darby.

Darby was timely and professional. She gave us a few ideas to help us narrow down what fit in our budget and gave us the maximum amount of comfort. Her insight helped us expand upon want would have been an ordinary vacation to make it extra special. Darby knee to take care of the small details like hotel transfers and sent me reminders which were a huge help in planning which allowed me to relax during vacation. My husband and I experienced our ideal vacation. Darby listened carefully to our wishes and tailored our travel accordingly. She was willing to research some unusual tours and make those a reality. The result was a fun, well planned and organized trip, Every detail was covered and all of our transfers, rides, hotels, tours and other logistics fell into place beautifully. It was a pleasure to enjoy our travels through Italy without any worry or stress. We communicated with her a few times when away and found her just as responsive as she had been from our initial contact.

Darby did a fantastic job incorporating my husband's work trip requirements with a few extra days of vacation just for us. Although we started out with flight cancelations due to weather and re-booking chaos at the airport, Darby was immediately available and was able to work her magic and get us to Lisbon on another airline - and only 7 hours later than originally scheduled. The rest of the trip was seamless. The two half-day Tours by Locals for wine tasting and daytrip to Sintra were exactly what we wanted them to be which is the beauty of a private guide. Darby even found a cooking class for us that was one of the trip highlights. The resort she found for us was perfectly located and lovely in all aspects. We wished we had more time at the resort to just relax, but there were too many places we wanted to see before leaving - the rental car worked out great as well! We would love to go back for more touring and relaxing/golf. Needless to say, we would enlist Darby's services again!
