Everything was so well planned! From the timing of activities to the perfect restaurant recs. It felt like they thought of every detail without it ever feeling rigid. We got to see and do so much without ever being rushed. The places we ate were some of the best meals of the trip, and every spot had a reason behind it, not just random picks, but places that actually fit the vibe of the day. It honestly made the whole experience more fun and relaxed knowing things were taken care of. Super grateful for the effort they put into making it all so easy and memorable. Would absolutely travel with Dakota again. More than anything, it was clear how much time and care he put into making sure the trip went smoothly. We all got to relax and enjoy ourselves because Dakota handled the hard part without making a big deal out of it.

Dakota took the time to listen to what we wanted out of our trip to Costa Rica. We were traveling with a large group, all with different goals and Dakota accommodated all of them. From deep sea fishing excursions and snorkeling in a coral reef, to luxurious dinners and top tier accommodations everyone’s needs were met. He even found us in-home cooks to help us prepare some of the fish we caught as well as other local Costa Rican dishes that were absolutely delicious. Dakota’s thoughtfulness and professionalism ensured a once in a lifetime trip that me, nor my family and friends will soon forget.

Dakota assisted my family and I in booking a trip to Asheville, NC. It was wonderful! Dakota was great when it came to organizing our lodging and transportation so the trip was stress free. During our stay, Dakota set up some really awesome excursions that the entire family enjoyed. The trip was a 10/10 and I cannot wait to book again!

Dakota planned a fantastic trip for us to Montana and Canada to play in Waterton lakes and Glacier national parks. He found us hidden gems for places to stay when we came off of the trail and told us exactly what to do and how to get our permits once we arrived. Every detail was taken care of.

After Covid restrictions began to lift internationally in in 2020, our family wanted to take a trip for Thanksgiving. Dakota helped us discover not only which countries we could travel to but also navigated the travel restrictions and testing requirements for us so that we knew exactly what was expected when entering Belize. Torrential rainfall and flooding made us change our trip after we had landed in Belize and Dakota was able to hustle and find us great accomodations in another part of the country and even activities to do once we arrived. We spent the better part of one day in a National Park almost by ourselves and then had a fantastic Thanksgiving meal. One of the best trips ever!

This was my first trip to Thailand and to Asia and I was admittedly a little nervous but, Dakota had planned for every detail. He even changed our itinerary on the fly when we decided to go to the Mountains near Pai versus the beaches where we had originally booked. The hotels were fabulous and the recommendations he made for places to visit made the trip one to always remember.

This was our first trip that we booked with Dakota and I am SO glad we booked with him. This was our first time to Mardi Gras in New Orleans and we picked Dakota to plan being a New Orleans native. We were originally overwhelmed with where to stay or parts of town to navigate knowing we had young kids with us so we booked an agent. He gave us the best recommendations down to where to even set up our ladder for the kids to catch the most beads! Pro tip: get there bright and early! He also made sure we stayed at a place close to the route so that we could jet back to the house when needed, we didn’t think this mattered at first but he was so right, it makes such a difference being able to bop back to and from our accommodation. My favorite part was honestly the food - he suggested this local spot for an authentic po boy and somehow managed to get us a reservation at bearcat which doesn’t take them! We used Dakota again to book our second trip to Italy but this time to hike in the Dolomites! The most breathtaking place I have been. He suggested this one place to stay and it was perfect, a small local hotel that catered to the outdoors and relaxation. He went above and beyond and even helped us plan our hikes for each day knowing what routes and Refugio’s would be open given that we were early in the season before things opened. He also had the best date night dinner recommendation for our last day in a cute town called Ortisei. I had the best carbonara I will never forget, and it was the perfect ending to our trip. We plan to use Dakota again next year when we come back later in the season to hike one of the Alta Via routes!

Cinque Terre was one of the most beautiful places I have visited and I am so glad we booked with Dakota! He was outstanding and gave us the best local food recommendations. He knew all of the spots that weren’t crowded with tourists. We went to one restaurant and watched the chef pick fresh herbs from his garden for our focaccia. Dakota also did an outstanding job planning our hike. We hiked from each town which took most of the day. There was one section that was closed and Dakota even knew an alternate route which ended up being our favorite hike of the day. If you love the outdoors, food and immersing yourself in the culture, book with Dakota - he knows all of the local spots!

My family and I hired Dakota to book our stay at the Universal Loews Royal Pacific Resort for our vacation. We needed specific rooms so that my parents had an adjoining room and my niece and daughter had their own beds. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived and our vacation could not have gone smoother. I will book with Dakota again!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dakota on planning a trip to Costa Rica. We weren't sure where we wanted to go but we knew we wanted to relax, have a little adventure, and have a beach nearby. Dakota knew just where we needed to go, Playa Guiones. We had 14 people from 5 different states all coming together so we knew it would take a lot of planning. He arranged flights all arriving at similar times and a private shuttle bus that took us round trip to our amazing homes. Dakota found two homes across the street from each other that accommodated us perfectly. We had a beautiful beach only a 5-minute walk from our houses, and a 10-minute walk to shops and restaurants. He also planned for a rental car and golfcart. During our stay we went to a monkey rescue, rode horses through the jungle, took a surfing lesson, went deep sea fishing, and snorkeling. Dakota's ability to speak Spanish and his knowledge of the country was definitely a huge asset to us. His amazing planning skil

I contacted Dakota for his help planning a trip to Glacier National Park. We were so impressed with how knowledgeable he was. He knew when we should go and where we should go. He booked our airfare, hotels, and rental car. He also help us decide what activities we wanted to do while there which included camping, hiking, and kayaking. He also gave us helpful information on equipment we would need and what to pack. He prepared us for crossing back and forth between the US and Canadian borders which was very helpful. We saw many amazing lakes, wildlife, and hiked in places that were absolutely beautiful. This trip was so much more than we could've ever imagined, and we will absolutely refer all of our friends and family to Dakota and hope to have him plan our next adventure soon.

Booked complicated airline reservations for 5 travelers with varied departure cities. He made sure we got the rooms we desired.
