We took our six person family down to Florida for a big family trip. We spent two days in Tampa on the beach, two days at Universal Studios, and five days at Disney World. Rebecca literally wound up saving the trip for us twice by both scrambling to find a new beach hotel after the hurricane rolled through Tampa and damaged our first hotel, and helping us procure an extra day of Disney tickets last minute to keep our eight year old happy. Theme parks are such a dizzying undertaking, we absolutely couldn’t have made this trip work without Rebecca’s help!

I heartily recommend Rebecca and her team at Meadowbrook Travel. Beginning as side-hustle, Rebecca has been serving me and a private group of clients for over a decade before co-founding Meadowbrook Travel. The most challenging vacations they have designed and arranged for me have been intergenerational family ones. We’ve done several; an example is our “American History & Baseball Tour.” We flew into Buffalo, NY, rented a van, and drove to Niagara Falls. Onto to Boston, we stopped at the Baseball Hall of Fame, and the Minute Man National Historical Park. In Boston, we were wowed by an extensive walking tour led by a very knowledgeable colonial re-enactor. Our stay ended with a Red Sox game at Fenway. After driving to NYC, we turned in our rental van and explored the city on our own, hitting all of the major tourist spots. Wowing us again, Rebecca had secured 7 of the very scarce tickets to the Statue of Liberty’s crown, and arranged a special Broadway evening with dinner and a play.

Rebecca has been invaluable in assisting us with planning family vacations! I used to handle all planning and coordinating of family vacations, while it’s fun it can be time consuming and exhausting. We used Meadowbrook Travel on several of our trips. Most recently, we went on the Disney Fantasy cruise to the Caribbean and the Virgin Islands. She helps us plan every detail prior to our flight, making sure we have done everything to assure we have a stress free experience. For two inexperienced seniors who don’t travel much, Rebecca takes all the worry and stress out of our vacations. It’s a very relaxed experience.
