I have planned all my own trips for the last 20 years, and never really put too much stock into having an agent do planning for me. Now after working with Emily on our incredible anniversary trip to Hawaii, I really see the value and don’t think I will do another trip without one! All the headaches and pains I used to have to figure out on my own from problems with the airline, to last minute bookings, to getting refunds when things go wrong, Emily did it all. I could sit on the beach drinking a Mai Tai, and trust that Emily was fighting for us behind the scenes. Loved it!
