Tina was a pleasure to work with when arranging our trip to Aruba. She arranged our flight, all inclusive hotel stay and round trip shuttle to and from the Airport and back. She found us a great deal and kept us updated on flight changes up until the time we departed. She made sure to send us the link for the document we had to fill out ahead of time, in order to enter the country. She personally delivered our travel documents and followed up with and email to welcome us back home and to see how everything was. Great customer service. Hotel choice was amazing. We asked Kristine to help us plan for our vacation in Mexico last week. We started planning this back in August of 2024. She gave us many options to choose from, and then we found a resort we wanted to go to, Barcelo Maya Palace in Tulum/Riviera Maya. She immediately went to work for us and found us the greatest deal. An ocean front room, The 10 days that we wanted, and first class flights, All for a very reasonable price and within the budget we had given her. I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she did for us. We just got back a few days ago when we had a great time, The resort is absolutely beautiful, clean and the grounds are impeccably maintained. We definitely hope to work with her on our next vacation. Thank you so much Kristine for all of your hard work and finding the perfect place for us to spend our vacation.

We contacted Kristine when we were looking for an all inclusive resort that was family oriented. She did an extensive search and we decided on the Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana, and couldn’t have been happier. She offered to help with all aspects of the planning, which was a big deal to us as family was coming from various states. In hindsight we should have used more of her services to alleviate some of our stress. We appreciate all she did for us.
