Our trip was well organized with great services and wonderful stops on the different islands.

It felt like we were at home as we moved to and from our own home.No need to wait for our stay, everything was clean and ready for us. Exting was flawless ,as well. We were a party of 12 with everyone happy with the arrangements. We would used Ted Blank again in a heart beat! MITCH is the person to work with for your travels!!!

In talking with Mitch, we shared with him what we would like to do for a trip after my husband retired. Mitch worked with us and we came up with a plan that we would have NEVER thought of ourselves. A trip to Tahiti, a cruise around the islands there, and a stay in Bora Bora. It was amazing and then some! It was all he said it would be. The whole trip went great! We did have one glitch where we were delayed two days in getting home (airline issue). It was on a Sunday that we found out and called Mitch to help us with the situation we were in. He did his best to assist and it worked out fine. Would HIGHLY recommend this service. The opportunities are endless and so much more than I ever thought we could do.

Mitch made it easy for us to take our first trip to Europe. He was great at keeping us up to date on our deadlines, making sure we had all our i's dotted and t's crossed. He responded quickly to our emails or phone calls. He was helpful with choosing the shore excursion, giving us information that made the choice easier. Mich was awesome and so was the trip

So glad we did the land and cruise. Now have things we'd like to go back and do!

Initial Rona and myself had a zoom MTG, with Ted Blank, to discuss our hopes and dreams for this trip. (Rona lives in Florida, zoom was a good fit). Ted wasn't available the next time we made contact and assigned Mitch to our trip. He helped us pin-point which package would work the best. We went with the 2025 Irish Classic - 12 Days/11 Nights with CIE Tours. Mitch assisted in Travel Insurance, Airline flights and getting our ETA application approved for Northern Ireland. Also set up our Travel vouchers for getting us back and forth from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. All went very smoothly and we both were very happy with CIE tours. Our Tour Guide, Brendan and Bus Driver, Eddie, were both funny, knowledgeable and quite entertaining. We had a great time, learned so much about Ireland's History; Scenery was beautiful; Food was fantastic, so much better than I had anticipated it would be! The weather was great, only had one day (Tuesday) that rained alot. We visited Whitter on the way to Seward, the Tunnel was cool as weel as the Harbor. The Edgewater Hotel corner room on the 3rd floor had a balcony 2 directions both looked across the street at ocean and mountains. I wood Highly recommend The Kenai Fiords Captains Choice Wild life and Glacier 7 hr tour, it was perfect! We saw Everything, Humpbacks, glaciers breaking off into ocean, seals, waterfalls ect. Homer had spectacular views as well, We Went on a Rainbow tour for wild life and to Seldovia! We saw Humpbacks, 4 Orcas, Bird nesting sanctuary and spent time on the beach, and at the Spit, shopping and eating The Hampton inn had a great location too, it was 1.5 blocks form the Ocean, I got some great Sunset and seascape pics. We have 100s of pics if you want some. Marilyn wants to go next summer for a month, we will have to start looking for a rental property for 3 to 4 persons and a dog. Maybe late July to early august? This was our first time using a travel agent, and Mitch made it a positive experience. He listened throughout finding an option that hit our interests. He asked thoughtful questions to make sure we were ready to go - transfers, ETA and travel insurance. He checked in early in the trip to make sure all was going as expected. We felt very well cared for.

Working with Mitch made for such a pleasant experience! All rooms were booked, tickets purchased, reservations made, meals, arranged. All I had to do was just enjoy, beautiful scenery, vibrant cities, small villages, our tour guide, and the other guests. Mitch did all the work and I had all the pleasure. This is the way to go!

Since this was our first cruise, we realized that we needed some professional help in planning the trip. Mitch took the time we needed to listen to our goals and gave us several options to consider. Ours was a complicated trip as we didn't want to fly or drive. Mitch put together a great package with Amtrak to get us to Seattle, to give us ground transportation there allowing us to do some sightseeing around the Pacific Northwest, to give us transportation to Vancouver, to give us lodging in Vancouver and to get us home after our cruises. Another complication from our desire not to fly home from Anchorage after our cruise was the need to add and coordinate a second cruise back to Vancouver. Mitch arranged for us to get a rental car in Anchorage allowing us to do a little extra sightseeing in the area. One problem with the preparations was our receiving medallions from Princess. We ordered them well in advance but Princess did not send them in time for us to receive them befor

Mitch did a fantastic job setting up our 3-week trip to France. We spent 10 days in Paris, plus several days each in various parts of Normandy and Burgundy. Mitch was invaluable in setting up the logistics for our travels, including setting up tours, making hotel reservations, lining up private drivers when we wanted, providing train tickets, and even making some dinner reservations for us. With the use of some private drivers that Mitch set up, we were able to see even more than what was on our planned itinerary. We were thrilled by all we were able to see over a period of three weeks, and everything went flawlessly. We would not hesitate to use Mitch's services again.

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii. The Recommended Excursion Tours were amazing, all of the tour guides were friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable. The hotels that we stayed at on each island were perfect for our needs. The direct flights from MSP to Honolulu were long but comfortable. I would recommend upgrading to at least Comfort Plus, it would be well worth the additional cost. Mitch worked with us closely to plan this trip, he listened for our feedback and was excellent on following up on everything. There was great communication throughout the process!!

Great trip. Did and saw everything we wanted to and more. We would recommend the trip to everyone. Brendan/Insight does a great job. Mitch was proactive and always responded to our questions quickly, giving us our best options.

We signed up for a Viking trip with an extension. Because of our needs Mitch handled our airfare and hotels (outside of Viking provided) and found an additional 3 day program that added much to our trip. More important, Mitch responded promptly to our many questions. We are using him for our trip in April of 2026.

Mitch was helpful in helping us focus our broad desires into a focused and cohesive travel experience to Ireland, London, and Paris. He provided enough information for us to narrow our choices and plan for the best trip. Our trip was all that we had hoped for and more. All aspects of the Travel Leaders portion were exceptional. Our six hotel choices were all high quality, had great staffs, and were located perfectly for our purposes. The transfers and the travel connections were seamless and stress free. My son and I would highly recommend Mitch for any travel needs. We will be looking forward to the next trip that he helps us plan.

Hotel Tamarindo Diria in Costa Rica was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty. From the moment you arrive, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, and clean. We had a room with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. There was easy access to the beach and three hotel pools and the daily breakfast was amazing!! The hotel is centrally located in the city of Tamarindo with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. They offered arrangements for tours and excursions. We took Mitch’s advice and went zip lining and learned about the coffee of Costa Rica and explored an animal sanctuary. Overall, Tamarindo is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Costa Rica! This was our second trip to the Dreams all-inclusive resort in Huatulco, Mexico. Accommodations and service was excellent. Food was fabulous and activities were fun. Best part is that there were no unpleasant surprises in accommodations and service.

We had talked about an Alaskan cruise for years. Mitch put together a complete package for us that included both ground and sea. The trip was perfect and we are already planning another cruise with his help.
