When we met with Jordan Della Bella, she listened to us, understood our physical limitations as far as hiking, and planned a magnificent trip for us to see the National Parks in Nevada and Utah. Once we booked the trip, Jordan kept in touch with us, answering our myriad of questions in a very timely manner. Once we returned, she contacted us to see how the trip went. Frankly, you would think that would be the norm, but other travel agents (different firms) didn't do this simple thing.
We will definitly use Jordan again!

Went like clockwork

Jordan helped us plan our third trip to Belize. We wanted to spend half our time on the water (San Pedro) and half in the jungle. Jordan found us a great resort in San Pedro, and suggested San Ignacio (and another great resort) for our inland adventure. Getting from one place to the other was a little tricky, but Jordan worked it out and everything went fine, and we saved a little money in the process. We plan to work with Jordan again.

Jordan was the best listener throughout our process.
When we first met with her we had a vague idea of what we wanted a safari in Africa!
She listened to our thoughts and wants and helped us narrow down the area we wanted to go.
It didn’t stop there. She worked tirelessly and patiently answering our questions and providing us with various tours of length, places, tour companies and pricing as well as getting us the best price on flights.
When we chose the trip that fit our family’s needs she shared VISA, immunization and insurance requirements.
As the trip neared she provided packets, including flights, hotels, areas we would tour, information on clothes to pack as well as emergency phone numbers.

I accidentlly canceled my flight

Jordan was professional and very understaning when I accidently canceled my flights to St Thomas for a work trip. Jordan rebooked flight for my wife and I and was able to do it in a couple hours. Jordan found the perfect tour to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Canyon and the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas for us even though we didn’t give her a lot of direction. She answered our questions fully and responded quickly. Really enjoyed the tour and guides she booked! The airport transport company she arranged was also efficient and got us where we needed to be on time. She did a great job for us and I would definitely book future trips with her.

Above and beyond on a tricky travel request!

I needed help with a particularly tricky business travel booking. It was a multi-city international flight, very close to the travel date, there were 2 travelers originating from 2 different regional airports but needed to fly the international leg together. We wanted premium seats on a short notice... all the stuff that makes booking a flight nearly impossible. But Jordan turned the impossible into "done" in a few hours. If there was an option for a 10-star review I would ask for 11.

1st and 2nd trip to Europe!

I had never flown overseas before. My destination was Serbia, which isn't a normal vacation stop. Jordan took the time to find numerous options over several days. She was very quick with communications, and the trip went flawlessly even with 3 flights in total to get there.
2 months later I decided to go back and once again Jordan made everything so easy. Never had any hiccups with anything for both trips. I'll be going back in the spring and will definitely reach out to Jordan again!

Fantastic Germany vacation

This was our first trip overseas in a long time. From the flights to the hotels to the car rental and tours, the experience could not have been better. We only had a short time to prepare for this trip and after discovering the difficulty in just scheduling flights, we called Jordan and it was smooth planning from there.
