I had Emily plan a trip to P.E.I. for me last year in the fall. She took care of all the details and made the trip a lot more pleasant then I expected. This year she phoned and left a message saying that there was a great seat sale to P.E.I. in June. I had no plans for going again, but because she brought the great offer to my attention, I was booked the next day. Emily is very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.
