She listens very carefully to your wants and needs in a vacation and carefully crafts a program to meet your needs. Travelling to Russia was a big trip for our family and it was absolutely perfect!!! Wendy is also very sharp and forward thinking on the many details involved with an overseas trip. She took care of everything for us. I wouldn't work with anyone else, she is a star in this industry! Our tour guides, (Leana, Edward, and Mike), in Moscow and St. Petersburg were on time and very knowledgeable about the history of Russia and about the specific museums, palaces, and cathedrals we toured. Aeroflot air was excellent! Also, we used the Metro in Moscow and St. Petersburg which were very easy to navigate. We highly recommend a trip to Russia and our family would definitely return.

During a recent trip to Africa for my wife and I we encountered a nearly worst case scenario - our plane broke in mid-flight, and we ended up back at the original airport with no idea of what to do next. Even though we were 6 hours ahead of our travel agent, we were able to contact Wendy and get nearly immediate relief. She worked with another travel company to rearrange our stay for a secondary destination, and she contacted the person that was waiting to transfer us to our final destination to make alternate arrangements. When the airline finally got us to a location still 4 hours from our final destination (and 6 hours late), we were the ONLY ones to have a ride waiting for us at the terminal to take us to a nice hotel for the night. We didn't have to spend 4 hours on a bus in the middle of the night. Instead, and directly due to Wendy's help, we relaxed in a luxury hotel and had breakfast by the Indian Ocean the next morning. We will DEFINITELY use Wendy Snider for future trips, knowing that we are in good hands!

Wendi took care of everything. Airfare room registration and saved us money in the process the amazing thing is she did it all free of charge to us. She booked excursions and took care of us in every way. Even planning honeymoon surprises. She certainly takes the stress out of planning the honeymoon. I hope to use her agency each year for our anniversary.

Wendy was wonderful to work with! We used her for planning our honeymoon to Rome and Sorrento this summer, and we had an amazing time. She made sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed before we left, even calling us on our way to the airport. Her travel expertise ensured that we had stays at great hotels, skipped long lines (which was very helpful during our 2 1/2 day stay in Rome), and a smooth travelling experience overall. She also had helpful suggestions for traveling and adjusting to time difference; we needed this since it has been a while since either of us have been abroad.
