We contacted Ariana to help us plan our honeymoon many months in advance and she was super knowledgeable and helped us plan it in a single conversation! However, due to the awful hurricane in Jamaica, we were forced to call an audible and change locations less than 2 weeks prior to our departure date. She was on top of it and had options for us same day. We were first time all-inclusive folks and she answered all of our questions regardless of how ridiculous. We appreciate Ariana so much and will call her for our next trip!

Ariana was a massive help for us during our honeymoon search! We had a lot of items going on with the wedding prep so having her give us various options within our budget eliminated so much search time for us. We were originally going to Jamaica but Hurricane Melisa had other plans for us. Ariana was 10 out of 10 and absolutely amazing. With all of the uncertainty traveling out of Newark during their blackouts, she was quick to help us find other options to put our mind at ease. She was quick to respond, very professional, and had a huge amount of knowledge when it comes to flights/traveling. She helped us narrow down the resort we ended up selecting, along with the room we chose, down to the floor we stayed on. We couldn’t have been happier with our room and the resort. It was seriously the best trip and we had an awesome time. She was amazing to work with from the very jump and had no problems answering all of our pesky questions. Would recommend her to anyone!!

This was my first time using Ariana. She did an incredible job. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I’ve been looking for in a vacation for decades she sent videos she sent numerous options. She gave information about the surrounding area, including restaurant shopping best ways to get around. You name it she did it. The resort we stayed in dropped the ball on transfers on arrival, she stepped in on a weekend and immediately save the day ! Our room at the resort was amazing. It was the most beautiful perfect room I’ve ever stayed in. I had mentioned to her. I had been very ill and did not want a long walk to the beach. The room not only had a private pool, but it had its own area of private beach complete with lounge chairs and a cabana . We also had the same service as poolside guest had for drinks, food, and great music. She suggested Isla Mujures and it was stunning! We are now working on our next adventure!! Highly recommend!! Oh and she didn’t charge us a fee

Ariana was great planning our trip, making sure we had reservations for dinner and setting the airport service to help us thru the process seamlessly. The resort was very pretty. I do feel like the service was not the best for a nice resort. Housekeeping was great, but bar service, day food service waiters, bartenders and waitresses I don't feel provided the best accommodations. The nightly entertainment could have been a little better. I feel like by the time our dinner was over all the bars and entertainment was over. Overall we had a great trip.

Ariana is an exceptional travel agent. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great tips for our destination that made our trip more enjoyable. I ask a million questions and she always responded quickly with answers. She is not only professional, but friendly and truly cared about our vacation experience. It was my husband's first time in the Caribbean and our first all-inclusive resort experience, and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The resort was intimate, the staff made a point to get to know the guests, and by the end of the second day, the swim-up bar was our Cheers. The resort is an all inclusive beautiful place where we enjoyed a week of pampering and the best beach we have ever experienced.
