Cruising is a great way to see the world. It's also a great way to get a quick overview of places to know whether or not it's somewhere you want to go to again for a longer period of time. I have been on over 70 cruises and counting. I find them the perfect vacation for everyone. They are like floating all-inclusives. Hawaii is one of my favorite beach destinations. I have been 6 times and have been to Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. All of the islands offer unique things. From the hustle and bustle of Waikiki on Oahu to the beautiful sunrises on Mt Haleakala in Maui and the interesting lava terrain of the Kona side of the big island. Each island has so much to offer in terms of sightseeing, relaxation, fun and food! Is a Caribbean island more your speed? Rather be on land then on water? Barbados is my favorite Caribbean island beach vacation. The people are wonderful, the sight seeing is abundant, the beaches are beautiful, and the food is delicious.
