Everything worked out perfectly from the flights, to the transportation to the resort, to check in and back. That took a lot of anxiety away from the travel part of it. The resort had great service, accommodations, and great people. My only negative was an excursion that we just didn’t ask enough questions about. Overall, it was a great time, but we didn’t account for an hour bus ride there and back. They also said food and drinks the entire time, but we weren’t fed for several hours. That was a little bit annoying but all in all ended up being a pretty fun excursion. We went to a beautiful beach and swam in a beautiful part of the ocean with crystal clear water. Overall it was fantastic trip. My family had a blast. We would do it again.

Tanya was super helpful for our couples trip to celebrate our anniversary. We had one snag at the airport and she was available and fixed it right away as we waited to board! She provided impressive service and had a lot of patience for our picky group.

Tanya found us a very affordable vacation for my family of 5!! It was such a great deal, another family attended with us. The resort definitely was aging but the staff was great! There was much wear and tear on this resort with dated rooms. We all had some maintenance issues, but the staff did their best. The food was not the best I have had, but still really good. Our family's had the best time and made the most of our vacation. The beach was not swimmable right out side of the resort, but we knew this going into it as well as the timing of the year. We really enjoyed the lagoon that was a short walking distance from the resort. This allowed us the perfect space to have a 'beach'. Overall great vacation for the money we spent!

Tanya first helped us by asking all the right questions as to which type of vacation/resort that we wanted which then led to at least 4 options to allow us to review and ultimately chose from. Then, she helped us navigate a tricky situation with the death in the family just days prior to our planned departure to Punta Cana. She went above and beyond by offering to assist with the insurance claim and then was able to find us a nearly identical trip to leave two days later on extremely short notice. Tanya had even provided a care package that was mailed to us a few days before our departure and provided an email with pre-trip suggestions, guidance etc.... We were able to relax and unwind for 6 nights at a spectacular resort with precisely all of the amenities we needed. If you are looking for top shelf service with all aspects of travel for whatever reason or whatever location....Tanya should be your go to!!! Hands down the best travel experience we've ever had.

I went with Tanya to help book a birthday trip for my wife. Since I don’t do the planning usually, Tanya was very helpful in getting everything set up and answering questions I had. We had a great trip with our adult kids. Plant Hollywood resort was very nice and the people were all very helpful. We just relaxed most of the vacation on the beach or in the adult swim up bar area. We had a lot of great food.

The location was perfection! The resort food/restaurants were just okay. We loved the beach, pool and room accommodations. The staff at the resort were amazing. Only major complaint is Frontier airline...the worst. Please do not book future clients with this airline as they have issues (app/check-in problems, plane/engine issues with delays upon delays, not empathetic and gave a $10 airport credit due to 7+ hours of delays). Tanya did all she could to keep us notified and aware of what to do with the airline but this was not a fun way to end the trip.

Tanya has planned trips for me to Jamaica, the Bahamas and Italy in the last 6 months and every one was better than the last. Her attention to detail and the fact that she remembers all of my preferences and quirks make her super easy to work with and she thinks of EVERYTHING! I recommend her on a daily basis. I had always wanted to go to Hawaii and Tanya did all of the work to get us prices for flights on the dates we were available. She booked the hotels on each island we visited and the car rental. She emailed us reminders on checking in to our flights and checked to see how the trip was. Definitely would recommend using Tanya.

8 of us took a spring break trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. This trip was the best because of all the hard work Tanya did for us. Tanya made my senior spring break trip with my friends such a breeze. She booked us the resort, flights, and transportation between the airport and our resort. There were 8 of us, and kept us together on our flights and rooms. She gave us helpful tips related to traveling and safety, and had extremely fast responses when we had questions. Tanya was amazing! I reached out to her in November stating that we wanting to surprise our kids with a trip to Mexico Spring Break 2025. Very quick response and we had a trip booked in no time! She sent me several links to different resorts between different places to go. We finally settled on Sunscape Subor in Cozumel. This was also our first time booking through a travel agent. Highly recommend for booking a trip! She sent details, tips & tricks (that were very helpful), even updated us when our travels got delayed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had the best time in San Pedro, Belize. Tanya was a great help from making our reservations at Ramon's Village Resort to booking our flights on the puddle jumper plane and our water taxi back to Belize City. She contacted the resort for us so they were at the airport to pick us up on arrival. It was nice not having to make these arrangements myself. We used Tanya to book a trip to Jamaica with another couple of friends of ours. The trip was second to none, we stayed at Princess Senses the Mangrove, and it exceeded our expectations. Tanya was absolutely amazing on everything, she made sure we had all the right documents to travel to Jamaica, which was very helpful since we had never been there before. Will definitely be using her services in the future.

Tanya was a huge help. With the hurricanes hitting right where we were shre kept us up to date on the status of the house and helped keep us in the loop on any damage. She made sure we had a non-stop flight and even took care of the rental cars for us. I will definitely use her services again!

Tanya was always available when questions needed answered. This was our first resort experience in 15 years so we had lots. There were a few snags when our large group got to the resort and she handled those as efficiently as possible. Though I did enjoy the resort and the snags actually benefited me - i might not suggest this resort until the full Hyatt takeover had happened.

Only recommendation would be to get private transportation to and from resort to speed up travel time.

Overall, it was a great time! The resort was larger than we prefer and there were a ton of college spring breakers. I know it’s spring break time, but moving forward we should probably try to choose a resort that doesn’t allow spring breakers, only because we are trying to enjoy family time and there were times they were quite loud. Rooms were good and staff was welcoming. The beach was nice and the turquoise water can’t be beat! The pools were also wonderful. We were always able to manage finding enough room for our party of seven, whether at the pool or beach. Entertainment was pretty good, though it started really late for us. Food was delicious - never had a bad meal. Drinks were okay, but not an huge priority for us. Airport was easy peasy, nice and clean. We did have a canceled return flight and Tanya was in touch asap. The airline took care of us, but our trip was extended by a full day. All in all, it was a fun and memorable trip!

We were struggling planning a Spring Break trip and reached out to Tanya. She was able to get a trip in a matter of minutes to our liking. She was very attentive from the day we reached out until getting home. Our flight was cancelled and she was reaching out to us before we even had a chance to reach out to her. She made sure we were taken care of by the airlines and followed up on various request during our trip and post trip.

We had a very nice time in Greece. Tanya was very helpful in planning the trip for us. I saw a post she posted on Facebook and I contacted about it. We stayed at the Electra Palace in Athens which we loved. And the Legacy Gastro suites in Heraklion in Crete. The Legacy Gastro was very nice too. There is a restaurant but it’s outside under a covered place on corner. I like the restaurants in the Electra Palace better. We rented a car and toured around the country side. We also did a tour at The Acropolis in Athens,Spinalonga in eastern Crete and the Knossos in Heraklion. All were great tours. The food is amazing in both Athens and Crete and great priced too. All in all we enjoyed the trip but we all disliked the long flight to get there and back that was only down fall for us.

We took a winter getaway trip to Riviera Maya. Tanya booked us at the Valentin Imperial Resort which was one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. The service was above and beyond, the resort was spotless, and the food and drinks were exceptional. Even though the resort is adult only, there was a lot of entertainment throughout the day and evening.Would definitely go back.

She followed up consistently, met with me the day before I left to go over the entire itinerary, and even checked in while I was abroad to make sure everything was going smoothly.
