Great experience from the beginning to picking out destinations to the cruise ship and journey back home! Every step was a smooth process. Christine provided a selection of cruise lines and destinations so it was so easy to pick out! We didn’t have to do a thing from searching for flights to booking a hotel prior to our embarking on the Celebrity Summit cruise ship. She provided a recap of trip details in a document. The only chore we had to do is what to pack and enjoy!

60th Birthday trip

The first two days of our trip to Jamaica were good. Then, hurricane Melissa decided to join us. Planning the trip with Christine was so easy. There were six of us going on the trip and she helped all of us secure our plane tickets, resort reservations and transportation to the resort. She kept us well informed, especially when the airline made changes. Throughout our hurricane experience, she was very proactive in providing us information. Her concern for our safety was a priority for her evidenced by her ongoing text messages. Overall, Christine was amazing!! I would highly recommend her for your travel needs. Baby’s First Vacation

Fun Family Adventure!

It was wonderful working with Christine on planning our Montana/Yellowstone adventure. She was mindful of our wants and needs in terms of cost and family-friendliness (traveling with a 2 year old). She adjusted our itinerary when requested. She had fabulous activity suggestions that I probably would not have found on my own (a visit to an alpaca farm and hot springs) and on top of that found us a discount on our alpaca farm admission! She even left us with some thoughtful travel gifts. I had not booked with a travel agent before and didn’t know how it worked (completing profile with reward numbers, authorizing credit card use…), but now that I know, we would book with her again!

Our 40th anniversary Mediterranean Cruise to Italy

We cruised on the Celebrity Equinox May9th - May 24th, 2025. The ship was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all friendlly, happy, and very helpful.
Christine booked many private tours for us in each country. Every tour guide
guide showed up on time, and all were knowledgable, and pleasant, and answered all our questions about each site. We learned a good bit of history and culture. Christine booked our hotels before amd after our cruise, and our tender tickets for all our tours in every port. She took care of every detail including our plane tickets. She did it all, and it was a wonderful trip! Thank you Christine!!!

Christine is very knowledgeable when it comes to the cruise life! She helped us plan our entire trip, giving helpful tips and tricks along the way. Our whole itinerary went smoothly including transfers to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. South East Asian cruise and land excursions

Christine Naykki did an amazing job of arranging all the land excursions with precision , and provided us with detailed instructions.
The transportations between hotels and cruise terminal were on time and went smoothly.
The Vietnam excursion guides did a good job, but the guide for the Bangkok had time management issues, and as a result, we were back to the ship two hours behind schedule. Luckily the ship was not leaving that day, so no harm was done.
As for the elephant sanctuary excursion in Thailand, there was miscommunication of payments between the local vendor and the contract company, but thanks to Christine’s involvement, she was able to contact the company , and resolved the issues after more than half hours delay. Happy to report that we had the best experience with this tour!

Transportation and land tours during our 12 nights Celebrity Solstice cruise were excellent. Lunch included with the tours were exceptional except for one at Thailand. Christine was able to resolve missing receipts problem with our Thailand elephant sanctuary tour that allowed us not to miss anything and returned to the ship on schedule.
