We had an amazing experience working with Tiffany as our travel agent for our trip to Jamaica. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly—even when things didn’t go as planned. Initially Westjet unexpectedly and without notice, cancelled our flight and rebooked it for another date, Tiffany stepped in immediately to sort everything out. She handled the communication with the airline on our behalf, saving us a ton of stress and time. On our last day, Nexus Tours bus shuttle failed to provide our airport shuttle back to the airport, which forced us to pay for a taxi out of pocket. Tiffany once again took care of it and successfully got us reimbursed. What really stood out was how proactive, responsive, and supportive she was throughout the entire process. She truly advocates for her clients and makes sure they’re taken care of, no matter the situation. We barely had to lift a finger—Tiffany handled almost everything. If you’re looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares, is incredibly helpful, and will go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend Tiffany. We’ll definitely be booking with her again.

All I did was explain the kind of trip I wanted and Tiffany exceeded all my request, despite the fact I had to change my destination because of hurricane Melissa.
