We cannot thank Janice enough for her expertise in planning a fabulous beach vacation in St. Lucia! Janice’s support and enthusiasm made the process so easy right up to the day we left. She completely understood the type of vacation we were looking for and nailed it. We look forward to booking with Janice again for our next holiday!

My husband surprised me with a trip to Mexico, and Janice made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I have not travelled before and was nervous because of mobility issues but Janice handled everything. She met with us for a video call before the trip to go over what to expect and answer any last minute questions. When we arrived, the resort told us our room had been cancelled. I was upset but my husband called Janice right away. Even though it was in the evening, she answered, spoke directly with the hotel, and immediately put a plan in place. She kept us updated and by the time we finished breakfast the next morning, she had fully resolved the resort’s mistake. After that, the trip was amazing. We had a beautiful room, great food, wonderful staff, and it was what we had asked for. Janice was great to work with. I felt supported every step of the way, and we will absolutely book with her again.

My wife and I just came back from Mexico, and thanks to Janice, we made memories we’ll never forget. I’m well-traveled, but I’d never used a travel agent, and after months of searching online on my own, I was exhausted. My wife’s niece had booked through Janice and raved about her, so I reached out. Janice listened to everything I needed and sent us several all-inclusive options. I was impressed by how much she knew about each resort and the area. We chose Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya. She handled every detail and even found us an upgraded swim-out suite for a small extra cost and the room was amazing. Before we left, she held a pre-trip video call with packing tips, travel advice, and everything we needed to feel prepared. When we arrived, the hotel told us our room had been cancelled. My wife was upset, and I was furious. We called Janice, and she answered immediately, spoke to the manager, and we secured our room while she sorted it out. By the next morning, Janice had the resort correct their error and everything was fixed. The rest of our trip was incredible. The room, food, staff, and pool were all amazing. We made the memories I had hoped for. I’ll be hiring a travel agent again, and it will be Janice.

Las Vegas was amazing and very hot. We watched Supercross and the trip was planned perfectly by Janice. All paperwork provided were sent to us each and detailed information. She is very thorough and keeps in touch. Very highly recommended.

We reached out to Janice to book our river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam. Excellent customer service, answered any questions and reached out to Avalon to confirm information. Advised us of our docking position and sent follow up contact while away to ensure the trip was going smoothly. It was nice to have an agent who kept in contact with us. Will defiantly book again with Janice
