Heather created me a beautiful itinerary to Austria and Italy. I had a once in a lifetime experience and would not have been able to coordinate the trip without the help of her services. I’m very happy with how the experience went, from the initial planning to the execution of the trip. Everything for my trip was conveniently stored in an app making it easier to view my daily schedule. Highly recommend would use her again for my travel plans.

Heather was great at giving us lots of river cruise options. The cruise booking website was challenging - and she was able to navigate it for us and get us the best deal. All of the added suggestions made the trip more memorable and custom to our interests. The custom itinerary app that was provided was very helpful with a summary of the history of the location we were visiting and the specifics of the days outing. Heather helped take the anxiety out of planning and traveling. She was always available when questions came up, and provided quick answers. I look forward to planning future trips with her.

We chose this trip on a whim and realized very quickly we were lost on how to proceed with some of the steps for cruising (since its been a decade or so) and our friends traveling with us recommended Heather. She was a life saver knowing all the aspects of cruising, Viking specifically, and providing great suggestions about traveling internationally. She worked quickly and diligently and held our hands every step of the way. She was able to secure pricing and onboard credits we were not able to get, explained the quirky ins and outs of flights with cruise line, made suggestions for excursions... I wouldn't cruise again without her help. (side story - I had booked a cruise that is for next year, prior to knowing her and have had some issues that caused me to lose money... thankfully, she is still able to help with a majority of that trip as well and it has been a huge blessing) All the aspects of the trip Heather touched went smoothly and the very small piece of the trip we wanted to handle on our own was a bit clunky. So, lesson learned for the future..we will have Heather help with all the details.

Working with Heather made the whole trip incredibly easy. From the start, everything just felt really well handled and organized, which took a lot of the stress out of planning. I was in Edinburgh for a week with a group of friends, and everything came together exactly how we hoped. The flights, transfers, accommodation, and tours were all spot on, and the location of the accommodation especially made a big difference in how much we were able to see and do. What I appreciated most was how seamless everything felt. We didn’t have to worry about logistics once we got there, which let us just enjoy the trip. I’d absolutely work with Heather again—she made the entire experience smooth, easy, and exactly what we were looking for.
